Junior middle school students are in adolescence,in the period of drastic changes in physical development and rebellion in psychological development.Psychological counseling teachers in schools are difficult to solve students' psychological health problems in an all-round way.In the Guiding Outline of Psychological Education in Primary and Secondary Schools issued by the state,it is pointed out that psychological health education should be integrated into the teaching of various disciplines,and psychological health education should be widely implemented.Biology mainly studies the laws of life phenomena and life activities,and its growth and development as well as organ functions of human beings.Biology teachers should give full play to the advantages of biology,integrate the teaching content of biology,and infiltrate the methods of psychological intervention.According to the order of students'psychological and physiological development,we should purposefully and systematically infiltrate the way of thinking to promote students' psychological health,and help students develop healthy psychology.Therefore,it is feasible to integrate psychological health education into biology teaching in junior middle schools.A total of 500 psychological questionnaires were sent out to junior school students,382 valid questionnaires were retrieved,and the psychological health diagnostic tests were caried out on the retrieved questionnaires.In order to try to integrate psychological health education into biology teaching in junior middle school,Starting from the psychological characteristics of junior middle school students,Starting from the psychological characteristics of junior high school students,this study clarifies the psychological health status of junior high school students in a certain middle school on the basis of a psychological questionnaire,and makes an analysis of the causes of the main problems in psychological health.The results show that among all the subjects,the proportion of learning anxiety is 14.11%.Self-blame tendencies were 10.04%,loneliness tendencies were 7.08%.allergy tendencies were 4.73%,physical symptoms were 1.36%,terror tendencies were 2.37%,impulse tendencies were 4.01%,interpersonal anxiety tendencies were 3.33%.This shows that the psychological health level of the school students is basically good,but there are still some psychological health problems.Among them,the psychological problems of learning anxiety,self accusation and loneliness are the major psychological problems of junior high school students.The results of psychological health diagnosis of the subjects were analyzed.The main causes of psychological health of junior middle school students in this school were the combined effects of physical changes,learning pressure,school education,family environment and social environment.Based on the analysis of the causes and the characteristics of biology in junior middle school,the author explores the ways and principles of integrating psychological health education into biology teaching in junior middle school on the basis of analyzing the feasibility,ways and main resources of integrating psychological health education into biology teaching.Teachers should adjust their emotions appropriately and create a harmonious classroom atmosphere in the biology teaching of junior middle school,respect every student and harmonize the emotions of teachers and students,treat individual differences reasonably and treat every student equally.Based on the above principles,the author further puts forward three strategies of integrating the spirit of cooperation,frustration education and promoting interest in learning in junior middle school biology teaching,and gives teaching design cases based on the three strategies and corresponding implementation suggestions.
