Research On Group Work Intervention To Meet The Spiritual Demand Of Retired Cadres

Today's China is an aging country.In 2015,the population aged 60 and over reached 222 million,accounting for 16.1%of the total population,including 65 and 144 million,accounting for 10.5%of the total population.In 2020,the proportion of the elderly population aged 60 and over will exceed 17%,and the total population will reach 248 million.With the accelerated pace of aging,the pension service related issues have quickly become the focus of attention of the whole society.With the accelerated pace of aging,the pension service related issues have quickly become the focus of attention of the whole society.At present,the retirement mode of retired cadres is in a special transition period.The scope of communication is closed,and the lack of activities on weekdays is a common problem for retired cadres.In order to meet the spiritual demand of the retired cadres,retired cadres to achieve social value,promote the traditional management and service transformation and upgrading,we need external social workers play the integration of resources,complement,emotion and social function of communication and coordination support role to actively intervene.On the basis of Maslow's demand theory and activity theory,this paper sums up the current situation and characteristics of the spiritual needs of retired cadres through literature analysis,and draws on the research results of the spiritual needs of experts and scholars.On the basis of theory,we apply the method of group work in social work method to study the spiritual needs of retired cadres.In practical research,the author of the emotional needs of the retired cadres,social needs and design aspects of the spiritual needs of self realization needs and implement specific social work intervention program,set up to meet the spiritual needs of the county support mode of retired cadres,retired cadres and the spiritual needs of construction put forward the views.This article is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction,including the research questions and their background,research significance,theoretical research summary at home and abroad,and research ideas,methods and innovation.The second part mainly studies the concept and theoretical basis,and defines the basic concepts and theories involved in this article.The third part is the spiritual needs of retired cadres investigation,involving team member recruitment,evaluation team establishing team members and spiritual needs,pointed out that the starting point to the emotional needs,social needs and self realization needs as intervention for retirement research cadres spiritual needs.The fourth part is mainly about the process and evaluation of group work,and describes in detail the objectives,plans,principles,group activities and assessment of the effect of the small and medium-sized groups involved in the work to meet the needs of retired cadres.The fifth part is the conclusion and reflection.It sums up the conclusions of the study and reflects on the inadequacies.The author believes that group work is an effective way to meet the spiritual needs of retired cadres,but to continue to meet the spiritual needs of retired cadres,we should establish a set of normalization and normalization of long-term mechanism.At the same time,in view of the working group to study the spiritual needs of fusion of retired cadres are few,hope that through this paper intervention to meet the spiritual needs of retired cadres to provide some new ideas and measures for group work,increase the group work practice experience for the elderly to offer their own modest career.
