The poverty eradication is a difficult problem in the world.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in poverty alleviation,but there is also an imbalance in the regional economic and social development.Xi Jinping pointed out that the most arduous task in building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020 is in poor areas,and we must complement this deficiency and the poverty alleviation must begin with education improvement.The education is a fundamental policy to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.The “left-behind children” is a word appearing with the economic and social development of our country and the promotion of urbanization.Children are the future builders and successors of the motherland.The education of left-behind children in rural areas is related to the fate of the country and the future of the nation.The opinions of the State Council on strengthening the care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas set a goal of significantly reducing the phenomenon of left-behind children by 2020,which coincides with the 13 th five-year plan for eradicating poverty.From now to 2020,it is the decisive period for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The background of accurate poverty alleviation through education is a rare opportunity to analyze and solve the education problem of left-behind children.Based on the above thinking,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,this study took the Hanzhong City as an example to analyze the current situation and causes of the education problems for rural left-behind children in the process of precise poverty alleviation,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures for relevant departments.The full text consisted of six chapters.The first chapter was the introduction,focusing on the background of the topic,research significance and domestic and foreign research status.The second chapter was the related concepts and theoretical research.The third chapter introduced the present situation of the education for left-behind children in rural areas during precise poverty alleviation,and drew the following conclusionsthe satisfaction of children with the family situation was low due to the absence of family education,and the serious younger-age trend;The effect of controlling dropout was good,however,the supplement of school education to family education was insufficient,and the accurate support of schools for left-behind children was also insufficient;The effect of social education on leftbehind children and their families was not obvious,and the social care system had not been established.The fourth chapter was the analysis of reasons for the present situation of the third chapter,and drew the following conclusions: The urban-rural dual structure was divided,and the education idea of parents was backward,and the effect of intergenerational family education was bad;The school mainly implemented macro-policies,causing insufficient perception of school care for left-behind children;The community education was insufficient,and the social education paid insufficient attention to left-behind children.The fifth chapter put forward the solutions to the problems and causes in the third and fourth chapters from different aspects of family education,school education and social education.The sixth chapter is the epilogue part.
