With the rapid development of information technology,the society needs more and more innovative and practical talents.Schools also pay more and more attention to the comprehensive development of students and the cultivation of their abilities.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of training talents in modern society,while the life-based teaching optimizes the traditional teaching methods of "teacher's speaking and student's listening",attaches importance to students' principal position,combines classroom teaching with real life organically,and gradually demonstrates the vitality and vitality of the ideological and political classroom teaching in senior high schools.The module of "Political Life" in senior high school has strong theoretical and epochal characteristics.It is more important to actively use life-based teaching in teaching,which is conducive to better cultivating students' core discipline literacy.The main body of this paper includes four parts.Based on the survey and interviews,the author starts with the overview of the bio-activation teaching and elaborates on how to use the life-based teaching in the ideological and political lessons of senior high schools from the specific strategies,and explains the specific application with the teaching cases in Political Life.Finally,the author discusses the Countermeasures of optimizing the application of Life-based Teaching in the political lessons.The first part is an overview of Life-based teaching.Firstly,the concepts of "life-oriented","life-oriented teaching" and "ideological and political life-oriented teaching in senior high school" are defined.Secondly,three theoretical bases of life-oriented teaching are discussed.One is the philosophical basis of Marxist "humanism" and dialectical materialism epistemology,the other is the pedagogical basis of life education theory,and the third is the psychological basis of humanism theory and constructivism theory.Then,it describes the characteristics of Life-based teaching,that is,practicality,situationality,experience and openness.Finally,it illustrates the four meanings of Life-based teaching in Political Life in senior high school.One is to stimulate students' interest in learning Political Life,the other is to better cultivate students' core academic literacy,and the third is to enrich Political Life.Fourthly,the content of textbooks is conducive to improving teachers' professional competence.The second part is the analysis of the problems and reasons in the application of life-oriented teaching of Political Life in senior high school.The main problems are deviation from teaching objectives,formalization of application,neglect of attention to students' development in teaching evaluation.The main reasons are inappropriate selection of materials,the need to improve the professional quality of some teachers,and inadequate attention paid by school administrators to life-based teaching.The third part is the focus of this article,mainly tells how to optimize the use of Life-based teaching in "Political Life" of senior high school.Firstly,teachers should renew the concept of life-oriented teaching;secondly,they should formulate the goal of life-oriented teaching;thirdly,they should select the content of life-oriented teaching,reflect the development of current situation,use typical examples to approach life and have pertinence;fourthly,they should adopt life-oriented teaching methods,use experiential teaching,situational teaching and topic-based teaching;Fifthly,we should develop life-oriented teaching resources,be good at capturing hot spot resources of current politics,develop students' life resources and local resources;sixth,we should build a scientific evaluation mechanism of life-oriented teaching,and diversify evaluation criteria,evaluation contents and evaluation methods.
