The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy,with the rapid development of science and technology and the coming of information society,the importance of knowledge is particularly important,the state and society for education is becoming more and more attention,the competitiveness of the knowledge economy will become the competitiveness of the talent,therefore train useful talents to adapt to the new era of development is our responsibility,it poses a challenge to the education also brought opportunities.Physics is an important part of human science culture,and it is a natural science that studies the laws of matter,interaction and movement(physics curriculum standard for compulsory education,2012).As one of the most important basic subjects in the field of science,physics will lead human beings to continuously explore the mysteries of nature and deepen their understanding of nature.We must attach great importance to students' physics learning and teachers' physics teaching.Eighth grade physics is the beginning of the formal entrance into physics in junior high school students,and began to pursue physical legends and mysteries,students can generate and maintain a strong interest and enthusiasm for learning physics,in their physics learning and on the subject in the future is very important to continue their education,and it depends largely on the junior high school students physical learning motivation level.But in the present physics teaching,a general feeling of physics teachers,low efficiency of physics teaching,the students also generally feel pressure physics study,and most of the students think physics is the difficulty of the highest in all disciplines of junior high school,they lack physical interest and motivation to learn,some even tired of learning physics,the physical is full of fear,and even serious phenomenon such as test anxiety.Physics learning motivation is the source of physics learning,how to effectively stimulate students' physics learning motivation in physics teaching,let it become the engine of physics learning,so that students can more effectively carry out physics learning under this powerful learning motivation drive,is a major topic in front of physics teachers.The aim of this experimental research is to pass the preliminary interview on the influence factors of junior middle school students physical learning motivation to do a certain understanding to the late intervention strategies can play a guiding role,then analyzes the represented by the school of urban junior high school students physical learning motivation to study and understand that represented by the school of the flyover district of Jinan city junior high school students physical learning motivation status quo,analysis of the influencing factors of physics in junior high school students learning motivation in the region and through the experimental intervention in their physics learning motivation to improve and promote the students' physical learning.In addition,the strategy mode of physics learning motivation that inspires junior high school students is gradually formed,which has a better promoting effect on the change of teachers' educational concept and the improvement of junior high school students' physics learning motivation and even other subjects' learning motivation.This study first selection and overpass area from the Jinan area of two junior high school grade eight students as sample,a total of 709 samples,377 boys and girls,332 respectively by three dimensions of learning motivation cognitive drive,self-enhancement drive and auxiliary drive and total are divided into the dependent variable,gender,father and mother level of education by the education level is the independent variable variance analysis to compare,a preliminary analysis of the characteristics of physics in junior high school students learning motivation,first select flyover after a school in front of the two results close to the class as a comparison experiment intervention study,considering the intervention factors of the teacher,The selected class is the same physics teacher,among which one is randomly selected as the experimental class(41 people)and the other is the control class(42 people).Research findings:(1)the total average scores of self-improvement drive,affiliated drive and physics learning motivation of junior high school students with a father's education level of junior college or above were significantly higher than those with a father's education level of senior high school or below.(2)the selection of physical intervention strategies for junior middle school students learning motivation of physics learning motivation is very obvious,the influence of experimental classes of cognitive drive,drive improvement after test after test and after test the accessory drive and learning motivation always split after test were significantly higher than that of a pretest,that in comparative classes of cognitive drive,after test after test drive improvement to the accessory drive and learning motivation always split after test significantly lower than before.This shows that after the experimental intervention,the physics learning motivation of students in the experimental class has been significantly improved.(3)the post-test academic performance score of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the pre-test,and there was no significant difference between the post-test academic performance score and the pre-test academic performance score of the control class.The intervention on the physics learning motivation of the experimental class significantly promoted the improvement of their physics academic performance.(4)there was a significant correlation between junior high school students' physics learning motivation and their physics academic performance.
