China's higher education has developed rapidly,its scale has continued to expand,and the number of students enrolled has increased year by year.Many colleges and universities are faced with various tasks such as new construction,expansion,renovation,and repair.The demand for capital construction projects in colleges and universities has increased rapidly.The use efficiency of construction project funds is related to the vital interests of each teacher and student,and is related to the healthy development of colleges and universities,and is also the focus of anti-corruption.At the same time,with the rapid development of the information society,issues such as the standardization of financial business processes and management and control capabilities have become increasingly prominent,and the integrated management of financial services has become increasingly important.At present,the financial work of colleges and universities still stays in the traditional mode,the financial function can not reach the level of overall control,the financial department and the business department are not well communicated,and the coordination is not in place,which seriously hinders the improvement of the construction project management level and makes the construction project management disorder.Construction funds are at risk and are prone to corruption.Therefore,how to promote the financial integration of college construction project business,so that the financial function throughout the construction project management is always the research purpose of this paper.This paper takes S college as the research object,mainly adopts the case analysis method and the field investigation method,and based on the basic idea of “propose a problem—analyze the problem-solve the problem”,based on the theory of integration of industry and finance and the theory of accounting informatization,The problem of integrated management of industrial construction projects in S college is the main body,and analyzes the shortcomings of integrated management of construction projects,and then finds improvement countermeasuresThis paper is divided into the following six parts: The first part of the introduction.The research background and research significance of the thesis are introduced.The research status at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research contents,methods and innovations are introduced.The second part is an overview of relevant theories.The main theoretical basis of the thesis is introduced,and the related concepts and theories of college construction projects,industry and financial integration,and accounting information systems are expounded.The third part is the analysis of the status quo and problems of the integrated management of S college construction projects.This paper introduces the organization,main business processes and financial processes of the current management construction projects of S colleges and universities,and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth part is to improve the management and integration of S college construction projects.It provides corresponding countermeasures for S college to improve the integrated management of construction projects.From top to bottom in all departments of the school,establish awareness of integration of industry and finance,strengthen information communication and exchange,fine budget management,strengthen financial management and control of business,and improve the overall quality of financial personnel so as to improve the integrated management of S college construction projects,we will provide countermeasures,improve the efficiency of construction funds,prevent the breeding of corruption,and promote its healthy development.The fifth part is conclusions and shortcomings.Summarize the main research contents and research conclusions of this paper,and point out the limitations of the research.
