The compulsory education stage is the basic stage of all kinds of education at all levels and the basic project of building a powerful human resource.The compulsory education in rural areas is also a relatively weak area of compulsory education in China,and the construction of excellent rural primary and secondary school teachers is of great significance to the development of compulsory education in China.However,with the continuous development of market economy,the reform of basic education is deepening,the flow of teachers is becoming more and more frequent,and it has a negative impact on the balanced development of regional education,especially the development of rural education,while promoting the exchange of outstanding talents and improving the quality of teaching staff.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the current situation,characteristics and causes of rural teacher mobility,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Based on this,this paper uses the methods of literature research,investigation and research,taking Wenzhou T Primary School as an example,from the attitude of teacher mobility,group characteristics,behind the motivation and other aspects of the investigation,found that its teacher mobility has a universal flow intention,a high proportion of teachers want to carry out mobility,mobile group differences,different job titles,The mobility performance of teachers such as teaching age is also different,the flow tends to be unidirectional,most teachers take urban public schools as the target,the complexity of flow reasons,family,treatment and so on are the causes of teacher mobility.In view of the above problems,from the aspects of salary and treatment to be improved,the development of the environment to be optimized,macro policy to innovate and so on,based on this analysis,from the following aspects put forward countermeasures: first,some suggestions for teachers: through the promotion of professional identity,adjust the working status,strengthen business learning,enhance the sense of active development;second,some suggestions for schools: through innovative management concepts,improve the management system,strengthen the organization guarantee,optimize the school environment,and third,some suggestions for the government is to improve the macro measures by broadening the channel of teachers access,optimizing the structure of teachers ' team,perfecting the guarantee mechanism,improving the professional attractiveness,introducing incentive policies,and promoting the participation of urban schools.It is hoped that through the writing of this thesis,we can get a more detailed understanding of the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers ' mobility in rural areas of China,and put forward corresponding countermeasures through the analysis of the present situation,which can provide some reference for scholars to study the flow of rural teachers.
