Preschool children are the flowers of the Motherland and the builders of the future of the Motherland.In the last 30 years,according to the results ofnational physical health monitoring in China,it is shown that the physical fitness indexes of children of any age have a tendency to decrease obviously in terms of speed,strength,endurance,flexibility and so on.As a result of our country's long-term implementation of the family planning policy,the only child has become the object of family arrogance,fear of melting in his mouth,fear of falling in his hand,starting from kindergarten learning,tutoring,supplementary classes,and interest training.Onlyneglect the children's MOTor cognitive ability and the development of strong personality.In thenew period,due to the birth of two children,the increase of population and the improvement of population quality,we must pay more attention to the education of children.Based on sports physiology and psychology,based on lifelong physical education and following the growth and development law of young children,this paper discusses and studies the deficiency of sports cognitive ability of preschool children and the way of cultivation.It mainly uses the methods of literature,experiment,questionnaire,field investigation,observation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The problems existing in the development and cultivation of sports cognitive ability of preschool children are explored and studied in this paper.At the same time,based on the law of pre-school human development and cognition,and the basic gymnastics of children is more acceptable to preschool children,so the basic gymnastics of children is chosen as the content of the experiment.Through the experimental study,the author further demonstrates the deficiency of preschool children's sports cognitive ability,and tries to prove the feasibility and superiority of children's basic gymnastics in the training of children's sports cognitive ability.The results show that:(1)the development of sports cognitive ability of preschool children hasnot been paid enough attention,and kindergarten teachers and parents donot have a clear cognition.(2)Kindergarten curriculum set up heavy weight and light body.At the same time,kindergarten campus culture atmosphere is full of knowledgeable atmosphere.(3)Kindergarten outdoor activities are limited,there are many deficiencies in training methods.(4)on-the-job trainingof kindergarten teachers focuses on music,dance,language,etc.(5)at present,pre-school children's morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor havenot been developed in a balanced manner.(6)from thenumber of samples taken,the development of sports cognitive ability of preschool children isnot balanced.Especially,the development of balance ability and coordination ability is weak.(7)there are significant differences in the development of sports cognitive ability of preschool children of different sexes,and boys develop better than girls.(8)according to the theoretical basis and practical investigation,it is proved that the development of sports cognitive ability of preschool children of different sexes is better than that of girls.Children's basic gymnastics is suitable for the development of sports cognitive ability of preschool children at this stage.In view of the problems of the reaction of the experimental results and the problems found in the questionnaire and the field investigation,the study gives some suggestions and measures,which are aimed at giving parents,teachers and kindergartens an inspiration to the training of the children's cognitive ability.
