The Research On The Sustainable Development Of Guangdong Basketball Association

Amateur Basketball League,as China's emerging basketball tournament,is an important part of national promotion of national fitness,the development of mass sports,sports industry and the deepening of sports reform.Guangdong Basketball Association is set up to conform to the national call for the development of regional brand events,which is of great significance to the promotion of the development of Guangdong basketball.Based on the previous discussions on the Amateur Basketball League,this paper analyzes the status and advantages and characteristics of Guangdong Basketball Association by using the methods of literature,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire,Pareto analysis and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Guangdong Basketball Association is the first provincial Basketball Amateur Basketball League in China.It takes the development model of "amateur competition,professional operation".It combines competition and public welfare,competitive and mass cooperation,representing the highest level of Guangdong amateur basketball.It has a certain demonstration effect on the development of the Amateur Basketball League in China.2.Guangdong's prefecture level cities are large and vast,and regional economic development is uneven,which objectively restricts the sustainable development of the league.With the attention of the sports bureaus of all the cities gradually increasing,the support for venues and facilities,funds and funds has been supported.Meanwhile,the publicity channels for competitions have been widened,which has effectively promoted the coordinated development of all the participating places.3.The level of the League coaches is uneven,which affects the overall competitive level of the league.The players are becoming younger and younger,and a number of local stars,which are loved by the local people,have sprung up to provide a reserve force for the development of local professional basketball.The League each team represents a city,the player is for the city and the hometown,is full of city honor and home sense of belonging.4.The referees in the league have a higher referee level in the Amateur League,but the overall referee level is not balanced.The level of referees is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the league.The promotion of the overall level of the League needs to further standardize the referee's team.5.From "GuangdongHongkong Cup " and "GuangdongMacao Cup" are the three places in the basketball competition cooperation and competition of high level,promote the interaction of three basketball culture,is conducive to improving the level of basketball and sports atmosphere of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Through the analysis of the factors restricting the sustainable development of Guangdong Basketball Association,the paper puts forward some countermeasures:First,take the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup in Guangdong as an opportunity to plan the long-term development strategy of Guangdong Basketball Association.Second,improve the experience of the competition and build the brand of Guangdong Basketball Association.Third,attach great importance to the construction of the basketball association,strengthen the organization management and team construction in each area.Fourth,improve the law enforcement level of the referees in GDBA,and formulate the development plan of the Guangdong basketball referee.Fifth,strengthen exchanges with Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and overseas areas to expand the influence of the league and the popularity of the tournament.
