The Development Strategy Of Volleyball In Beijing Volleyball Traditional Project School

As an important base for training reserve talents,the long-term and smooth development of volleyball in traditional volleyball schools not only promotes the development of campus volleyball,but also plays a certain role in the development of volleyball in our country.This paper adopts literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,Delphi method and so on,taking the development strategy of volleyball sports in Beijing traditional volleyball school as the research object,through SWOT analysis,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and so on,analyzes the influence factors inside and outside,and introduces the suitable development strategy direction through the calculation analysis,and carries on the systematic analysis to its strategy.The conclusions are as follows:1.Main advantages:The guarantee of basic resources,the school attaches importance to and organizes the development of volleyball project,the coaches have a high level of professional skills,the students have a good foundation,and the parents also support the attitude.2.Main disadvantages: There are many problems,such as single operation mode,poor maintenance of equipment,single source of funds,insufficient special volleyball teachers,less volleyball activities and conflicts between learning and training.3.Main opportunities:The state attaches great importance to the large talent demand,policy support,good sports environment,the influence of "Effect of women's volleyball team",various resources and opportunities brought by Beijing's geographical advantages,the increase of related events,and the large number of traditional schools,all of which provide a good environment for its development.4.Main threats:Due to the influence of the overall environment of exam-oriented education,the cancellation of the enrollment policy of special talents in Beijing in recent years,the uneven economic development of each district and county,the uneven distribution of sports items,and the poor transportation channels of volleyball reserve talents;The impact of other projects(triage)etc.5.The development strategy of traditional volleyball project schools in Beijing is suitable for the growth(s-o)strategy or the reverse(w-o)strategy.Make full use of the opportunities brought by the current environment,make full use of the existing conditions of the school,overcome their own disadvantages and avoid threats from the outside world.Combined with the support of national policies and the convenience brought by social resources,we should make good use of the good atmosphere created by the overall environment to give students a correct guidance,and increase the communication between traditional volleyball schools to maintain the long-term development of the school volleyball.Uses the good external environment for the development of the Beijing municipal reform volleyball various favorable conditions,to solve the reform volleyball movement in the development of school running mode single,equipment maintenance is not in place,single source of funds,the school volleyball special teachers,such problems as poor talent pipeline,thereby promoting volleyball to the long-term development of the traditional project school of Beijing.
