Research On The Innovation And Development Of Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Anhui Province

In February 2015,the Central Committee's leading Group on overall deepening Reform considered and approved the overall Plan of China's Football Reform,and the country raised the cause of football to a strategic level.In the same year,in order to promote the popularization of campus football activities in all primary and secondary schools,the Ministry of Education proposed to select and establish a special school of campus football throughout the country.With the continuous promotion of the selection of the characteristic school of campus football,the research on the development situation and development strategy of the characteristic school at present can not only optimize the construction of the characteristic school,but also further promote the development of the campus football sport.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field survey,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the present situation of special schools of campus football in Anhui Province identified.In-depth analysis of the constraints affecting the development of characteristic schools,and put forward reasonable suggestions,in order to better promote the construction of Anhui Province campus football characteristics of the school to provide a reference.Through the research,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)at present,there are 1116 special campus football schools in Anhui Province,and the number of selected schools is relatively balanced.However,the coverage of characteristic schools in different areas is significantly different,the distribution of urban and rural areas is quite different,and the distribution of school types has not yet reached the 1:3:6 standard prescribed by the Ministry of Education.(2)The number of venues basically meets the requirements,equipment and facilities are relatively complete,but the size of the venue is small,per capita football venue is insufficient.(3)The structure of football teachers' academic qualifications is single,and there is a serious shortage of special teachers.(4)The football school-based teaching material construction lacks,the teaching content is too dull.(5)The class football team and the university-level women's football team are seriously lacking in formation.The competition system is "polarized",with hot off-campus competitions and little attention paid to on-campus competitions.(6)The campus football culture atmosphere is not strong enough,and the information platform construction is insufficient,thepropaganda and promotion efforts are small.(7)Campus football characteristic school football activity funds source channel is single,the activity fund is difficult to meet the actual demand.(8)Part of the school security system is inadequate,the policy implementation strength needs to be strengthened.Countermeasures for the Innovation and Development of Campus Football characteristic Schools in Anhui Province according to the existing problems:(1)We will accelerate the establishment of an evaluation index system for schools with campus football characteristics in anhui province,quantify evaluation criteria,and improve the selection and withdrawal mechanisms.(2)Fully excavate and integrate the existing site resources,explore the opening and sharing of the site,and improve the utilization efficiency.(3)The introduction and training system of football teachers should be improved to improve the football professional level of PE teachers.(4)Each department assists to develop the football school-based teaching material,enriches the teaching content.(5)Establish a hierarchical league system to promote team building.(6)Strengthen the construction of campus football culture,and widely use the power of traditional media and new media to enrich the path of publicity and promotion.(7)We will improve the financial management system for special funds,strive to expand the sources of funds for campus football,and make full use of social resources to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.(8)Perfect the management system and operation mechanism of campus football,research and deploy the development plan of campus football activities,and establish teacherstudent-oriented incentive measures.
