The class teacher plays an important role in moral education and the guarantees of the teaching quality.The effectiveness and specificity of the class teacher training depends largely on whether the training needs analysis is accurate or not.The needs analysis of the class teacher training is the prerequisite for determining the training objectives,designing the training course and implementation,and also the basis for the evaluation of the training effect,which has an important impact on improving the training effect of the class teacher.The paper mainly contains six parts.Firstly,it explains the research significance,concept definition,theoretical basis and literature review of the primary school class teacher training needs research based on teacher professional development.The second part is research design including research objects,research tools,research objects and research methods and the outlines for related theories,etc.The third part summarizes the analysis of the results of the survey of the training needs of class teachers,including the analysis of whether the demographic variables have training needs for the class teacher and the results of group difference test.From the professional knowledge,professional ability and professional sentiment,the fourth part includes the class teacher's training needs,highlighting the class teacher's ability of home-school cooperation,the class teacher's job burnout and psychological debugging.What's more,the reason analyses of the training needs includes the heavy work of teaching management,the shift of the work of the class teacher,the low level of subsidy incentive mechanism,the shift of family education responsibility to school education and the phenomenon of the class teacher stigma.The fifth part puts forward relevant suggestions from three levels of individual,education administration department and social organization to promote the needs analysis of class teacher training in primary school and improve the effect of on-the-job training and professional development for primary school classteachers.The final part states the conclusions,limitations and research prospects of this paper.
