With the development and progress of society,the demand for high-quality skilled talents is much higher than that of theoretical talents.The state also strongly supports the reform of higher education.Many colleges and universities are facing more and more severe tests and have embarked on the road of school-enterprise cooperation.Especially,the training of engineering professionals requires school-enterprise cooperation.The overall trend of school-enterprise cooperation is constantly developing,but universities are in the process of developing.There are inevitably many problems and frictions in the initial stage of school-enterprise cooperation.In order to find out the specific problems in the initial stage of school-enterprise cooperation in training engineering professionals and put forward targeted strategies to promote its good development,this topic takes Dingli College jointly established by the University and enterprise of Hubei Normal University as an example to study,from the aspects of questionnaire survey,discussion,lecture attendance,comparison of talent training schemes before and after,social investigation,evaluation and so on.Starting from various ways and perspectives,this paper makes a detailed study and analysis of all aspects of school-enterprise cooperative teaching,and puts forward many strategies to improve the quality of Engineering professionals.This research is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background and significance of the research,the research status quo of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,the research route and so on.The second chapter is about the research of teaching content,which includes personnel training program,main course teaching content,feedback,summary and suggestion from teachers and students to teaching content.The third chapter is about the research of teaching process,which includes teaching management.Chapter IV is the study of characteristic classes,which includes elite class training and semester practical training classes.Chapter V is the study of teaching quality,which includes students' daily learning,students' ability testing,summary and suggestions.With these chapters as the main content,it continues to extend to small nodes.This paper deeply and concretely analyses the effectiveness and shortcomings of the training of engineering students in the initial stage of school-enterprise cooperation,and gives corresponding suggestions.
