Research On The Training Mode Of Normal Students "Six In One" Teaching Skills

The training of teachers' teaching skills is one of the most important vocational skills for normal students.Under the background of the new curriculum reform and the new college entrance examination,it is an important direction for the development of Teacher Education in China to improve teachers' teaching ability and build a high-level teacher force.In January2018,the Central Committee issued the Opinions on the Comprehensive Deepening of the Reform of Teachers' Team Construction in the New Era(No.4,2018),pointing out that the plan of action for the revitalization of teacher education should be implemented.The introduction of the document shows that the state has placed the development of Teacher Education in a very important strategic position,which undoubtedly has higher and more comprehensive requirements for the training of teaching skills of Normal University students.This research is based on H University,guided by the theory of "Teacher Professional Development" and "Teaching-Doing Unity" and "General System" theory,and explores the six-in-one teaching skill training mode of Normal University students,namely "Teaching-Training-Competition-Practice-Research-Reflection",in order to enhance the practical ability of Normal University Students' education and teaching and realize the autonomous development of teaching skills diversity.This study is divided into the following five parts:The first part is a survey of the current situation of the training of teaching skills of Normal University students.Through the investigation,we find that there are the following problems in the training of teaching skills of Normal University students: Backward training of teaching skills,lack of education practice system,weakening of teaching practice ability and insufficient training of teaching skills.The second part is an in-depth attribution analysis of the existing problems.The main problems are as follows: The training objectives of normal students' teaching skills need to be refined;The curriculum of normal students' teaching skills needs to be integrated;The practical training system needs to be strengthened;The evaluation system of normal students' teaching skills needs to be improved;And the motivation of normal students' learning and teaching abilities needs to be improved.The third part is to optimize the current strategies of teaching skills training for normal students.Based on the path of teachers' professional development before and after service,H Normal University re-establishes the development characteristics of teacher education and promotes the development of teachers' students' teaching practical ability.Under the guidance of teacher specialization theory,Tao Xingzhi's theory of "integration of teaching and doing" and Bertalanffy's theory of "general system",this paper explores the "six in one" teaching skill training mode for normal students.The fourth part is the induction of its guarantee conditions.In order to promote the development of the "six in one" teaching skill training mode for normal students,H University renews its educational concept and innovates the training mechanism of normal students'-teaching skills;Optimizes the structure of teachers and builds a strong teaching staff;Concentrates on the advantages of resources in and out of class,implements multi-subject and "six in one" classroom teaching;And strengthens teaching through practice.Learn skills,emphasizing students' output guidance with "certification assessment".Finally,through the research,it is found that the "six in one" teaching skill training mode of normal school students has a positive role in promoting the professional growth of normal school students.From this,we can draw the following conclusions: The training of teaching skills is a complete and three-dimensional all-round training process;The teaching skills of normal school students are the most important part of the training of teachers' professional ability;The smooth development of excellent alumni cause Exhibition is the result of testing the teaching skills of normal school students,and the goal orientation of excellent teachers is the demonstration guide of the progress and development of normal school students.
