Under the impetus of artificial intelligence,robotics,virtual reality and other technologies,the fourth industrial revolution era has arrived.Under this background,education is facing enormous challenges and opportunities.The World Economic Forum(WET)published a report entitled "The Future of Job" in 2016,which predicts that a large number of jobs will be "on the verge of extinction" and that new occupations and positions will be on the stage of human history,and that unchanged knowledge and skills will no longer meet the needs of future occupations.In recent years,in order to adapt to the development of the times,various educational reform measures at home and abroad have been launched one after another.In 2013,the Ministry of Education of China launched the revision of curriculum in senior high schools.In 2016,the core qualities of students' development based on China's national conditions emerged as the times require.[Zheng Fuzhi.An introduction to the revision of curriculum programs and standards in senior high schools [J].After Chongqing and the world(academic edition),2018:22-23,five fine arts were condensed: image reading,artistic expression,aesthetic judgment,creative practice and cultural understanding.Subject core literacy.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education officially issued the "Art Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "Standards(2017)"),which means that the era of art education with core literacy as its core has come.Standards(2017)advocates the creation of problem situations and art appreciation in real situations to promote inquiry learning.This paper attempts to explore the ways and methods of situational teaching of art appreciation in Senior High Schools under the background of core literacy.The article mainly demonstrates through the following contents.Firstly,the research background and significance of this study are elaborated.Standards(2017)clearly points out that creating problem situations is the starting point and key of the core literacy-based art teaching activities.This paper defines the concepts of "situation" and "situational teaching",and also studies and combs the related research at home and abroad.Secondly,it interprets the basic connotation of situational teaching theory,explores the theoretical basis of situational teaching,and the role of situational teaching in promoting students' core literacy of fine arts.Situational teaching can not only stimulate students' learning motivation,but also conform to the characteristics of art appreciation module and the basic concept of Standard(2017).Finally,on the basis of the existing research,this paper puts forward the ways,methods and characteristics of situational teaching of art appreciation in senior high schools.In view of the experimental textbook of the curriculum standard of ordinary senior high school(Ren Mei Edition)-Art Appreciation Lesson 10 "Foreign Ancient Paintings" as the blueprint,the unit curriculum teaching design and implementation entitled "Respect for Classics and Brilliant 19 th Century French Art" was carried out.The author summarizes five basic ways of situational teaching,including "integrating real life into problem situation","multimedia demonstration situation","reproducing situation in art galleries and workshops","integrating music and performance into situation" and "creating situation with AI and VR technology".These five approaches are independent of each other and have some relevance.In the specific application of "situation",emphasis is placed on the relevance of research topics,through interesting and life-oriented situations,so that students can enter inquiry learning.In addition,in the specific appreciation teaching,the situation should be optimized and combined according to the teaching needs.
