Games inhere within child's everyday life.Chen Baosheng,Minister of Education indicated,“Game is the fundamental teaching mode in kindergarten.” This demands a higher quality of teacher's guidance to child games.In practice,however,the quality hasn't improved for a very long time.There are some examples.The atmosphere before the game is so delicate due to adult point-of-view that the concept of game atmosphere gets vague.Also in the guiding process,the strategy is used indistinctly.Educational opportunities are ignored.The systematic analysis of the generative problems in the child games is insufficient,and teachers don't know how to provide aid in the games.Besides,after the games,the production part is ignored.The comment part is not well-prepared.The significance isn't dug or discovered.Teachers cannot combine comment with guidance to improve the implementation of child games.The research attempts to,from the development of game guiding power's training resource package,make a comprehensive baseline analysis of the needs of social development,the characteristics of games,the present condition of teachers' guidance to games and the perspective of teacher training's needs,unite theory with practice,screen out topic from bottom to top as well as from top to bottom and designate target.The author searched the resources and organized them like spider web,developed the package based on real cases,tried out and improved it.The development of the package can help kindergarten teachers understand the development level and characteristics of child games,enables them comprehensively grasp the information behind children's behaviors in the process of child games.In addition,the package can act as a training textbook or self-study handbook.It has a large audience,from college students,undergraduates,green teachers to experienced teachers.The research consists of six chapters that are three aspects.The first part is the early stage of the development of training resource package,comprising the first two chapters.The beginning expounds the origin,aim and significance of the research.Also it arranges and enriches its concepts as well as literature review,and states the theoretical basis,technical route and research method.Moreover,the paper applies comprehensive baseline analysis of game guiding power.The second part includes the design and development stage,composed of the third and forth chapters.The designing part,locates training objects and training pattern based on comprehensive baseline analysis and proceeds the model design by combining the principles of model design to screen out topic and designate target.The developing part generalizes the origin of the package,ascertains the elements of the procedure structure and plans development process.Then the author analyses the interior elements of the package gradually and develops the package.The third part is the effectuation and evaluation phrase,constituting the last two chapters.The author tried out the package and found its deficiency by means of a number of teacher interviews,thus further corrected and improved it so as to make the development more scientifically.Meanwhile the last part presents the prospect of training resource package.
