As a kind of online and offline hybrid teaching mode,flipping classroom can meet the individual learning needs of students and improve teaching efficiency,which is consistent with the mainstream of future education development.The Curriculum Standard(2011)advocates that with the aid of information technology,teachers can enrich teaching content,promote students' individualized learning and create sufficient independent learning conditions for students by screening,developing and using high-quality teaching resources.The goals of both are similar.Taking the flipping classroom of Z City S Elementary School as an example,this paper investigates the practice situation and existing problems of the school's flip classroom,and makes attribution analysis,in order to put forward practical suggestions for the practice of primary school flip classroom.This paper is based on the method of literature research to define the connotation and theoretical basis of the flipping classroom,and uses the questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,observation method and other research methods to deeply study the problems existing in the implementation of the primary school flip classroom.Through the investigation and classroom observation of the Z city S primary school flip classroom,it is found that there are still problems in the school flipping class,such as “unprofitable” before class,separation of teaching activities in the class,and unresolved new flip classroom evaluation system;The teacher's educational philosophy and lack of teaching literacy,students' deep stagnation of traditional education,inadequate support conditions for flipping classrooms,and lack of school curriculum reform system are the main reasons that affect the effective implementation of flipping classrooms.In order to effectively implement the primary school flipping classroom,the teacher will carry out the training of the flipping classroom system,improve the adaptability of the students to turn the classroom,improve the support conditions of the flipping classroom,and improve the corresponding system of the school curriculum reform.
