Research On The Development Of Sports Social Organizations In Fujian Basing On Perspective Of Governance Theory

With the methods of literature,questionnaire and statistics,this article aims to investigate the development of sports social organizations in Fujian province.From governance theory perspective,this paper discusses current situation,structure characteristics and dilemmas of the development of sports social organizations in Fujian province and the paper puts forward optimization proposals combining with the theory of governance to promote the development of sports social organizations for Fujian province.Through the investigation and research on the social sports organization of Fujian province,the results show that:(1)the imbalanced development in the content,validity and level of the sports and social organizations in Fujian province;(2)the administrative phenomenon of various sports social organizations and the right of independent development are greatly weakened;(3)the supply subject of sports social organizations in Fujian province is relatively unitary,and the supply capacity of various development and supporting resources is relatively weak.(4)there is a lack of facilities such as venues and equipment that can support sports activities;(5)the contradictions between the development and inheritance of sports social organization culture activities and the development needs of the people are prominent.From the perspective of governance theory,the paper puts forward that the development form of sports social organization needs to be diversified.We need to improve our capacity building.The development of internal and external environment needs to be optimized;the culture of sports social organization should be paid attention to,and the enhancement of cultural communication will be the way to keep the organization sustainable.
