The orphan is a large and special group.According to the Statistical Monitoring Report of the 2017 Outline for the Development of Children in China(2011-2020),released by the State Statistical Bureau, there are 410,000 orphans in China by 2017,of which 106,000 are adopted by the national adoption agencies. These orphans received sufficient protection in five aspects: health, education, welfare, social environment and legal protection. As an important adoption institution, the orphan school assumes important functions of parenting and education. However,no matter orphan schools or other adoptive institutions, although they can meet the orphan in terms of material aspects, they do not attach importance to the psychological needs and problems of orphans. In addition, due to the lack of care and guidance of the original family, the orphan group is highly prone to psychological problems.Owing to inferiority, cognitive errors and lack of learning and guidance, orphans are prone to interpersonal sensitivity problems,over-examining other people's words and deeds, showing obvious discomfort and misbehavior in interpersonal interactions, and then escape interpersonal interaction and interpersonal relationship, which is not conducive to the future social integration and development of orphans. This study uses cognitive-behavioral theory to analyze orphans' interpersonal sensitivity and problems, and uses cognitive reconstruction and social skills training methods to engage in social work professionals. After the orphans' interpersonal sensitivity was obtained by field observation and scale, social group work was carried out for orphans with obvious interpersonal sensitivity. The group creates a warm and harmonious atmosphere for orphans,in which orphans can relax, freely express their will and ideas, and talk with other members. The group activities focus on role-playing,games,and discussion.Through group activities and interpersonal interactions in the group, members are helped to rebuild misunderstandings and acquire certain social skills in a relatively safe environment. When members return to real life, they can use these knowledge and skills to alleviate their interpersonal sensitivity interpersonal sensitivity issues, thereby improving interpersonal communication skills and social adaptability.Guided by cognitive-behavioral theory, cognitive behavioral therapy and social skills training are used to intervene in group work on orphans' interpersonal sensitivity. The group method is applied to orphans' psychological problems, which verifies the effectiveness of group work theory and methods, enhances the influence of social work in the school field, and promotes the process of introducing social work into schools.Of course, there are still many shortcomings in the study. There is still room for further exploration and expansion of social work intervention in orphan interpersonal sensitivity research.
