Today,with the development of material life,more and more ordinary people pay more attention to the health of their own bodies and the body-building texture of their bodies while paying attention to the improvement of the quality and level of personal material life;and the richness of the self-inner spiritual field.Satisfaction also puts more energy into it,and the public is more eager to get spiritual satisfaction and psychological pleasure.The characteristic channel of physical education enables participants to coordinate the physical body while strengthening the individual's physique.The study believes that the self-referential effect is that when the memory event is connected with the self,a better memory effect can be obtained.In this context,this paper uses the self-referential effect teaching method to experimentally study whether the self-referential effect can affect the subjective well-being of college students,whether it can improve the learning effect of college students' Tai Chi,and provide an effective reference for improving the mental health of college students.In this paper,103 students from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected through literature,interviews,questionnaires,experiments and mathematical statistics.There were 55 experimental groups and 48 control groups after 16 weeks of teaching experiments.It was involved.Seeking self-efficacy education will affect the subjective well-being of college students.The results of the study showed that after 16 weeks of educational experiments,subjective well-being,life satisfaction and interest,depression,emotional and behavioral control,subjective well-being scores improved,energy and life satisfaction increased,indicating that it was very satisfied.The total score of interest and subjective well-being were significantly improved.The average score of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group.By studying Tai Chi to improve the physique of college students,herbal students can better practice Tai Chi and improve their blood circulation.Through self-referential effect education,we can improve the enthusiasm of physical education classes,improve the physical quality of physical education classes,and improve students' subjective well-being.
