In October 2014, Chinese government announced to speed up the transformation of government functions in the State General Administration of sport fitness work conference, take the national fitness rise for national strategy. With the quickening of the process of aging society in our country and the continuing improve of economic and cultural, physical and mental health of this special group of the elderly community is getting more and more attention. This paper presents an analysis of the elderly to participate in physical exercise and the status quo of subjective well-being,and further discussed in the different variables on the elderly physical training effects on subjective well-being of the elderly, in order to understand the physical exercise of Hangzhou and the status of subjective well-being, and find out the existing problems,put forward reasonable suggestions, enhance subjective well-being, provide reference for the aged scientific physical exercise, and provide the basis for the elderly fitness guidance in Hangzhou.This study used the method of literature, questionnaire, the research methods of field investigation and mathematical statistics, taking 800 aged 60 and over the age of60 elderly as subjects in the urban area of Hangzhou(Jianggan District, Xihu District,Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Gongshu District), carry research on the present situation of the old sense of physical exercise and subjective well-being in Hangzhou, as well as in the variables of gender, age, physical exercise volume, such as the elderly physical training effects on subjective well-being, sum up the following conclusions:(1)The subjective well-being level for elderly of Hangzhou that participate in physical exercise is higher than that not participate in physical exercise, two groups exist obvious differences in the experience of support and comfortable dimension,and exist very significant difference in the independent and full experience,contented and rich experience dimension. This suggests that the physical exercise has certain influence on the subjective well-being of the elderly in Hangzhou.(2) The different age of the elderly in Hangzhou that participate in physical exercise has significant differences in the contented and rich experience dimension, and has very significant differences in the comfortable experience dimensions,independent and full dimension, well-being score dimension; In the variable of gender, it does not exist significant differences, but the subjective well-being total score of male elderly is slightly higher than female elderly.(3) In three different levels of exercise, the moderate amount of exercise has the biggest influence on the subjective well-being of older people in Hangzhou;Furthermore, three different level of exercise all has very significant difference in support of experience dimensions, comfortable experience dimensions,independent and full experience dimensions, contented and rich experience dimension and well-being scores.(4) The special group of elderly people in Hangzhou by participating in physical exercise has the higher level of subjective well-being than the other old people’s subjective well-being, and this suggests that the exercise for this special group has the relatively obvious effect on subjective well-being level.(5) In the last three years, the medical expenses of the elderly people in Hangzhou that often taking physical was significantly lower than that of non exercise,which indicates that by participating in physical exercise, it can improve the health level of the elderly, strengthen physical fitness of the elderly, improve resistance of disease, and reduce medical costs expenses.
