The application of cooperative learning teaching mode based on micro-video can improve the current situation of college track and field teaching,improve the classroom effect of track and field teaching,and promote students' comprehensiveness in cognitive,emotional and technical aspects by giving full play to the functional characteristics of micro-video,implementing heterogeneous grouping,clarifying the role division among students,innovating group practice mode and constructing the operation procedure of new mode.Development.Before the experiment,the differences between the body shape and physical quality(60 meters,standing triple jump,in-situ lateral shot put)of the randomly selected students from Class 1,Class 3,Class 5 and Class 6 of Physical Education of Harbin Normal University in 2017 were tested,and the basic situation of the students in each class about the study of standing long jump and backsliding shot put was questionnaired.Finally,five classes of physical education were selected.Three classes of students are the experimental subjects,five classes are the experimental classes,and three classes are the control classes.The cooperative learning teaching mode based on micro-video is applied to the technical teaching process of stand-up long jump and back sliding shot put.Seven classes and a total of 28 classes are conducted respectively.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the results of teaching experiment are analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Cooperative learning teaching mode based on micro-video realizes the randomness of students' learning,helps students to recognize,reflect and improve sports technology,improves students' technical evaluation and achievement,and achieves good teaching results.(2)Cooperative learning teaching mode based on micro-video facilitates teachers to provide individualized and common guidance for students,and solves the problems existing in students' technical movements by combining differential treatment with centralized guidance.(3)Cooperative learning teaching mode based on micro-video helps to establish harmonious and friendly teacher-student relationship,enhance students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and enable students to devote themselves to the process of technical learning in a better physical and mental state.(4)The cooperative learning model based on micro-video,whether from grouping mode,role division or group practice mode,is helpful to build a cooperative learning environment between teachers and students,and between students and students.
