With increasing attention paid from the country and society,the preschool education in China has been developing rapidly as an important part of the education system.As the scale of preschool education continuously expands,the general level of the preschool teachers' professional quality is not high enough and most of their professional skills are backward,which has become more critical and seriously affected the healthy development of China's preschool education.Under these circumstances,the Policy of National Training program for Preschool Teachers came into being,In nearly seven years of the implementation of the national training policy,a large number of-preschool teachers have received professional training,which has improved the overall quality of preschool teachers as well as promoting the expansion of trainings for preschool teachers with the function of leading role.How to improve the effectiveness of training is the direction of improving and developing the training policy of preschool teachers.However,with the further implementation of the national training policy for preschool teachers,the problems have been constantly emerging and seriously affected the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy.In this study,the author takes the national training program for preschool teachers held by F Normal University,the trained preschool teachers and relevant participants as the research objects and collects literature information through the method of literature as well as getting theoretical support by questionnaire survey and interviews.Through the horizontal study on the main elements of the implementation of the national training policy for preschool teachers and the longitudinal study on the different stages of the training program,the specific problems affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of the training policy for preschool teachers have been found and put forward by the author.Besides,through the analysis of the causes of the problems,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions,hoping to help to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the national training policy for preschool teachers as well as providing reference for the development and improvement of the national training policy for preschool teachers.
