From the perspective of internal governance of H high school students' organizations,the “simulated school management” is studied,which is led by High School Students' Union of H School and its Student Affairs Center.The idea of this research is to improve students' autonomy ability on the platform of simulated management of campus affairs.The improvement of students' autonomy ability is reflected in the formation and practice of a series of campus governance programs.This research uses action research method,according to the basic operation procedure of action research method,and chooses H high school students as the research object.Aiming at improving the self-governing ability of H high school students and students' organizational self-governing ability,it sets up two circle research processes with progressive relationship.Through the comprehensive application of various research methods and techniques,it shows that H high school students use " simulated management of campus " to improve the self-governing ability of H high school students.School management is rooted in the whole process of "double promotion" of high school students' individual autonomy ability and students' organizational autonomy ability.At last,some theoretical and practical achievements such as "campus regulations” and “school affairs management hearings" have been formed.The conclusions of the study are as follows.Firstly,it extends the traditional "first classroom" of H high school,which mainly imparts knowledge,and forms the "second classroom",which makes the "simulated school management" have a carrier of activities.Students can repeatedly conduct exercises to enhance their self-management ability.Secondly,it expands the functions of H high school students' union,which provides a guarantee for improving students' autonomous ability.It is under the leadership of the Student Union and its Student Affairs Center that many new methods have been formed to enhance the students' individual autonomy and the students' organizational autonomy.Thirdly,it strengthens the experiential activities of H high school students on the practical platform,the sense of responsibility of the students.It also cultivates and improves their autonomous ability.Fourthly,the legislative process suitable for H high school campus is explored.Meanwhile,a number of bills to cultivate rule awareness are formed.Students can abide by themselves better by establishing rules and regulations by themselves.Students are more energetic by effectively improving students' self-education,self-service and self-management ability.Fifthly,for striving for the best experience for the majority of students,the concept of " not one less " should be pursued in the process of various activities.That is to pursue the "training" of most students,not just a perfect result.So the practical activities associated students' autonomy ability will be more effective.
