Experimental Research On The Application Of Contract Learning Method In Swimming Teaching In Colleges

Research purposes: Taking the contract learning method as the research object,the ordinary college students of Yanshan University are used as experimental samples,and the sports contract learning method and the conventional teaching method are used to study the swimming teaching in colleges and universities.Exploring the differences and effects of the contract teaching method and the conventional teaching method in college swimming teaching,it provides a strong theoretical basis for college swimming teaching in the future.Research methods: through the literature data method as the research basis,using interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,teaching experiment methods,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods,around the domestic and international research status,concept definition,theoretical differentiation,teaching process and other aspects of contract learning In-depth study of the application of law in swimming teaching in colleges and universities.Through teaching experiments,the following results are obtained:(1)In the teaching of swimming lessons,both contract learning and regular learning methods can effectively improve the distance traveled by students.The experimental and control classes showed significant differences(P<0.05).In the final test results,There was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class(P<0.05).The contract learning method can stimulate students' interest in swimming.In the swimming teaching of colleges and universities,the contract learning method enhances students' self-efficacy.In the process of learning,students set goals through the form of contracts,and then achieve their goals through self-improvement.When they reach the goal,they have a strong sense of self-satisfaction,and their self-confidence is significantly improved.The contract learning method promotes the initiative of ordinary college students in swimming teaching;enhances the interaction between students and teachers and students;and cultivates students' independent learning ability and atmosphere,corrects the attitude of learning.The formulation of the contract,the teacher's control over the progress of the entire class,and the adaptability of the new teaching model have become the key and difficult points in the implementation of swimming teaching in ordinary colleges and universities.Through the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Conclusion: In the study of swimming teaching in Colleges and universities,the contract learning method finds that there are differences between the experimental class and the control class in swimming distance and total performance indicators,and the trend is upward.Therefore,compared with the conventional learning method,the contract learning method improves the teaching effect of swimming in Colleges and universities.The contract learning method is suitable for swimming teaching in Colleges and universities.(2)Through the experimental study,it is found that there is a great difference between the pre-test scores of self-efficacy between the control class and the experimental class,and the post-test scores of the experimental class show an upward trend compared with the pre-test scores.This shows that the contract learning method can effectively improve the students' self-efficacy in learning and enhance their self-confidence.(3)The research shows that the indicators of three dimensions of enthusiasm,negativity and skill learning are extremely different,and after-school activities and sports attention are also different.Therefore,the contract learning method can effectively stimulate students' interest in swimming.
