Research On The Construction Of Scientific Research Innovation Team In Higher Vocational Colleges

As a major component of modern vocational education system of China,higher vocational colleges undertake the functions of scientific research and innovation,teaching talents and social services.For a long time in the past,vocational education was considered to be a kind of "what is" operational education and neglect the scientific connotation of "why".As a result,the habit of replacing scientific research with practical operations is formed.With the upgrading and transformation of China's economic structure,"Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" on paper require a large number of innovative talents.In the future,some research universities will be transformed into applied technology universities,and general education and vocational education will be integrated.As a consequence,the scientific research and innovation of colleges and universities will inevitably become an important force in the development of national science and technology.However,the construction and development of scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational colleges is less obvious.The concentration of scientific research innovation and the needs of the state and society cannot be unified.In the process,many problems remained to be addressed.Against this backdrop,systematically research on how to build scientific research and innovation teams in vocational colleges is particularly important.At present,the theory of how to build a scientific research and innovation team construction in undergraduate colleges and universities is relatively mature.However,in the process of building a scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational colleges,it is impossible to copy the successful experience of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities.We should give full play to the advantages of their enterprise technologist and high practical ability of teachers and students.Research and innovation teams with vocational education characteristics should be built and the academic and innovative should be strengthened.Scientific research and innovation should be integrated into the whole process of talent cultivation,and the ability of scientific research and innovation should have a leap-forward development,and we should make due contributions to building an innovative country.Taking a higher vocational college in Hubei as an example,this paper probes into how to build a scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of management and with the support of Organizational Behavior,Team Theory,Motivation Theory and Strategic Management Theory.The first chapter briefly describes the research results related to the research and innovation team at home and abroad,analyzes the research actuality and sorts out the general path,related factors,existing problems and solutions of the research and innovation team construction.All of these provide ideas for follow-up interview research and questionnaire survey.On the foundation of literature research at home and abroad,the second chapter defines the basic concepts of scientific research and innovation teams in higher vocational colleges,and outlines the basic theories of relevant research:organizational behavior theory,incentive theory,strategy and strategic management theory;On the basis of theoretical research,the third chapter analyzes the constituent elements,characteristic,formation mode and path of the scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational colleges,and clarifies the significance of the construction of scientific research and innovation team in higher vocational colleges.The fourth chapter introduces the current status of the construction of scientific research and innovation team in a higher vocational college in Hubei,analyzes its interview research and questionnaire data and extracts 19 causes and reasons that influence the scientific research innovation team building.There are 8 problems are found,namely poor capacity of scientific research and innovation,lack of diversity,unclear development,insufficient training,imperfection of team management system,insufficient construction of scientific research innovation platform,lacking enterprise cooperation and transformation of scientific research achievement.This chapter also analyzes the reasons are as follows:the scientific research innovation activities in higher vocational colleges started late,and insufficient emphasis on innovation team,the scientific research innovation team in a passive position,theoretical research in scientific research innovation is lacking and the guidance of government is deficiency.Based on the exiting problems on the construction of a scientific research and innovation team in a vocational college in Hubei,the fifth chapter put forward 5 proposals,they are strength team guidance,multiple team building models,improve team management mechanism,promote scientific research innovation platform construction and lift power of scientific research achievement transformation.I hope that I can provide ideas and theoretical reference for the construction of the scientific research and innovation teams in higher vocational colleges.
