The opinions of the general office of the state council on strengthening physical education in schools to promote the overall development of students' physical and mental health pointed out: “It is necessary to improve the examination evaluation method and build a school physical education assessment and evaluation system that combines both inside and outside class and connects all learning sections.” The State Council issued the outline of the healthy China 2030 Plan,which pointed out: "establish and improve the health promotion and education system,start from an early age,and popularize health science knowledge." Health education should be brought into the national education system,and health education should be regarded as an important part of quality education at all stages of education.The notice on the issuance of the 13 th five-year plan for national education development states: “Through scientific and reasonable evaluation of students' sports learning achievements,the evaluation will become an effective means to promote students to better study sports and health courses and actively participate in sports activities.” The notice on implementing the spirit of the national symposium on school physical education and further strengthening school physical education pointed out that: “To promote the overall development and healthy growth of students as the starting point and goal of school sports work,to promote students to master one or more sports skills.”The comprehensive performance evaluation of students' physical education is a direct way to reflect whether the students have completed the school's physical education objectives.However,the current situation of students' physical education in China is that "they have been taking physical education classes for 14 years,but they don't have any sports skills that can be acquired".The paradigm of students' comprehensive performance evaluation of physical education needs to be changed.The evaluation should not only examine whether students can meet the standards in the test,but also focus on the whole learning process,so as to truly reflect the actual level of students' mastery.At the same time,evaluation is an effective "baton".Through evaluation,students can master 1-2 sports skills,and with the increase of grades,according to the formation and application of sports skills,the degree of skill learning is deepened and matched.Assessment,complete the effective connection of the four-study of the small-first-high-large.Therefore,this study takes the comprehensive evaluation of physical education scores of Chinese college,middle school and primary school students as the research object,analyzes the existing problems and how to link up the evaluation,and finally provides countermeasures for the government to formulate policies and school physical education reform.Through the methods of literature review,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on first-line physical education teachers in universities,middle schools and primary schools in 21 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government,and interviews relevant experts,first-line physical education teachers,students,parents and government officials.This paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation,existing problems and successful cases of comprehensive sports achievement evaluation of students in universities,middle schools and primary schools in China.Based on the basic theory and the reality,the paper also puts forward some countermeasures to link up the evaluation of the students' comprehensive sports scores in universities,middle schools and primary schools in China,and puts forward some Suggestions to the government,schools,students,parents and the society.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The current problems in the evaluation of comprehensive physical education scores of students in primary and secondary schools in China include: insufficient attention is paid to the evaluation effect;The evaluation concept is not unified enough;Lack of continuity in evaluation;The supervision guarantee of evaluation is not in place.2.By analyzing the successful cases of the comprehensive performance evaluation of physical education in developed countries,the author draws the following enlightenment: the evaluation of physical education is of great significance;The implementation strategy of formative evaluation;The applicability of comprehensive achievement evaluation of physical education in developed countries;Measures for the evaluation of students' comprehensive physical education results shall be implemented.3.Put forward conceive for the evaluation of students' comprehensive physical education scores in the connection of universities and primary schools in China: the primary school section is mainly based on games,emphasizing the recording of students' learning performance in class(paper form or electronic version),and timely feedback to students,with evaluation as the guide,to help students understand what they should learn in physical education class.The junior high school section guides students to master 1-2 sports skills and develop necessary qualities with the relevant policies and documents of the middle school examinations,focusing on strengthening supervision and improving the fairness of education.The high school section further studies and evaluates the students' selected sports skills.Although the implementation of the latest curriculum standards is short,the implementation of the curriculum standards has become the basis for the evaluation of the comprehensive sports performance of the students in this semester.Of course,the implementation of the new curriculum standards requires the cooperation of relevant departments.Supervise and guide the implementation of the comprehensive evaluation of sports performance of school students in various regions.The university section is the final period for students to form a lifelong sports awareness in the student era.Therefore,the students' evaluation should be personalized,and the students should be tailored to evaluate the students' selected sports skills.Physical fitness test is only one aspect of it.Students of different majors should also test their special quality,application of skills and tactics,knowledge of judging,appreciation of sports competitions,sports injuries and other relevant contents with development.4.Suggestions: the government should clearly formulate the relevant system for the evaluation of students' comprehensive physical education scores and earnestly implement the national curriculum standards.We will improve the follow-up evaluation of the program and legislate to ensure the safety of physical education classes in schools.The school implements the relevant policies formulated by the state,impartially evaluates students' comprehensive sports scores,and establishes connections with families and the society.Teachers keep learning to improve their knowledge and skills reserve and spiritual construction.Families attach importance to physical education,create a better family environment,support and encourage students to actively participate in sports activities,and treat students' comprehensive evaluation of sports scores correctly.The appeal society should not only pay attention to students' physical health,pay attention to students' physical problems,but also pay attention to the mastery of sports and the cultivation of emotional character.Continuously improve the supporting sports public service,jointly promote students to master sports skills,improve physical health,and finally develop the habit of active exercise.
