"We should stimulate and protect entrepreneurship and encourage more social entities to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship," Xi said in his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.Postgraduate students,as high-level and high-quality talents cultivated by higher education,should be the main force of future innovation and entrepreneurship.Postgraduate student of colleges and universities to conduct entrepreneurship education of graduate students and inspire entrepreneurial enthusiasm,encourage the postgraduate students to master basic business knowledge and skills,promote efficient conversion of business results,improve the scientific,technical and professional start-ups,alleviate the employment pressure of graduate students,and encourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities,but also can deepen the reform of the postgraduate student education,promote the connotative development of graduate education.Synergetic theory is a new subject which is formed and developed gradually on the basis of multidisciplinary research.As an important branch of system science,the theory has exerted an important influence on both the natural and social sciences after its establishment by professor and famous physicist Haken from the university of Stuttgart in the federal republic of Germany.The methods of "synergistic effect" and "self-organization principle" contained in the synergistic theory can be used for reference to study the synergistic development of the graduate entrepreneurship education system in universities and colleges.At present,domestic studies on entrepreneurship education are mostly focused on undergraduate students and pay little attention to postgraduate students.Moreover,the research focuses on ideological and political education,entrepreneurship educationcurriculum system and entrepreneurship education evaluation system,etc.,without any systematic analysis.Based on H university as an example,this paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method to obtain the relevant empirical data,the survey found that entrepreneurship education of postgraduate students exist in the form of a single,imperfect course system,the shortage of teacher resources,lack of practice is not rich,and the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship policy propaganda does not reach the designated position and the shortage of graduate entrepreneurship interest and power.For the problems found in the survey.On the basis of understanding the development process of entrepreneurship education for postgraduate students in China,combined with the experience and achievements of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the five-in-one coordinated development countermeasures of "government-society-university-family-postgraduate student",in which the government plays a leading role in driving and leading.The society,especially enterprises,should guarantee and support postgraduate students' entrepreneurship education,provide a platform for entrepreneurship practice,and give correct guidance to graduate students who are interested in entrepreneurship.Through the systematic and perfect entrepreneurship education system,colleges and universities guide postgraduates to master the necessary entrepreneurship knowledge and skills.Families should give full attention to the function of recessive education and guide postgraduate students to establish a good concept of entrepreneurship and employment.As the main body of entrepreneurship education,postgraduates should give full play to their subjective initiative and actively participate in entrepreneurship education practice activities while mastering entrepreneurship education knowledge.Develop a good attitude and good quality,in order to ensure the smooth realization of entrepreneurial goals.
