The new situation and new tasks facing the new era have put forward new and higher requirements for the moral education of secondary vocational schools.Strengthening the cooperation of secondary vocational schools of moral education has attracted much attention under the concept of Liede.There are many main subjects in the work of moral education in secondary vocational schools.This paper focuses on selecting the three main subjects of the class teacher,parents and secondary vocational students in the process of cooperation and education among secondary vocational schools,and explores the three processes in the cooperation of secondary vocational schools.The function of a subject role.Based on Epstein's theory of “overlapping influence domain theory”,this paper conducts a case study of a secondary vocational school in Foshan City(hereinafter referred to as SSLG school)through a comparative study of the main functions of domestic and foreign cooperation between home and school.In combination with years of work experience and interviews with class teachers,it is found that the effect of co-cultivating people in secondary vocational schools is not satisfactory,and the main problem is that the function of the main role is not fully exerted.Specifically,the professional ability and level of the main body of the class teacher needs to be further improved,the enthusiasm needs to be stimulated,the concept of educating people and the method of educating people need to be updated,and the functions in the process of co-cultivation in the home school are mainly reflected in the implementation level,and its organization The functions of planning,guiding consultation and other functions have not been fully exerted;the parent of secondary vocational students is due to the conflict of time,the lack of subjective status,the low level of their own culture and the complex family background.There is a phenomenon of absence of roles;the bearing and motivational functions of secondary vocational students in home-school cooperation are not valued or neglected.The main body of secondary vocational students is outside the mode of cooperation between home and school,and does not reflect their home school.The central position of the cooperation.In order to realize the function of the main body and improve the efficiency of cooperation and education among the vocational schools,this paper proposes to build a cooperative ecosystem of home-school cooperation with the multi-subjects of “class teacher,parents and students”,including the following measures: updating educational concepts and innovation.Ways to educate people;establish rules and regulations,improve guidelines for articles of association;increase funding input,focus on resource integration;build communication platform,establish incentive mechanism;display moral education results,feedback function effectiveness.
