Modern apprenticeship system is a problem that is widely concerned in the field of vocational education in China.Modern apprenticeship is a kind of vocational education model,which combines traditional apprenticeship training with modern vocational school education to cultivate talents.There are obvious differences between the modern apprenticeship system and the "school-enterprise cooperation" mode generally adopted by vocational schools in terms of the subject status,student status and the specific cooperation mode and depth of "work-study combination" between the two sides.The modern apprenticeship system in the west emphasizes the enterprise as the main body and insists on the talent training mode of enterprise as the important body.China's study and reference to the western modern apprenticeship system is to solve the problem of sustainable development of the traditional "school-enterprise cooperation" mode in talent training.Under the active promotion of the government,China has entered the stage of comprehensively promoting the pilot work of modern apprenticeship.The application of modern apprenticeship in China's secondary vocational schools is bound to involve the operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism,assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode.In this background,this paper adopts literature research,questionnaire survey method,interview method as the research method,using self-made questionnaire to Zhongshan city's secondary vocational school students and teachers to questionnaire survey,and invite the cooperative enterprise leaders and teachers and school leaders and teachers to interview,investigation of modern apprenticeship status of secondary vocational school cooperative education mechanism.Through interview and questionnaire data analysis results,analysis of modern apprenticeship under the background of the characteristics of the secondary vocational school cooperative education mechanism and existing problems,the use of stakeholder theory,coordination theory and the new professional theory attempts to explore influencing factors,and related issues at the level of schools,enterprises and government countermeasures are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the number of modern apprenticeship programs should be increased;The curriculum of secondary vocational schools is reasonable;The quality of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools needsto be improved;Enterprise master teaching ability is insufficient;The management system of enterprises for on-job training students is not clear;Lack of legal system to restrain school-enterprise cooperation at the government level;Local governments need to actively contact industry associations to promote the formation of third-party assessment institutions;Vocational teachers and enterprise teachers lack incentive mechanism.Finally,based on the above investigation,the paper proposes strategies to promote the development of cooperative education mechanism in secondary vocational schools under the background of modern apprenticeship system: 1.Establish the law on promotion of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools;2.Establish the "double-post mutual employment" system among the school-enterprise teaching staff;3.Secondary vocational schools formulate "double-qualified" teacher incentive plan;4.Establish the curriculum system of integration of double certificates;5.Formulated the student assessment plan with the "double-subject" of the university and the enterprise;6.Establish incentive system for corporate masters;7.Management system for on-job training of students should be added;8.Expand the number of pilot majors.
