| Employment is the biggest livelihood.To achieve higher quality and full employment for urban and rural higher vocational students,it is necessary to have a career outlook that is in line with the development of the new era.Social capital has an important influence on the development of the occupational outlook of urban and rural higher vocational students.Using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method to analyze the impact of social capital on the formation of professional outlook of urban and rural vocational students.A total of 636 urban and rural vocational students in various regions of Guangdong Province were surveyed using the Social Capital Scale for Higher Vocational Students and the Vocational Watch for Higher Vocational Students.The results show that,firstly,the overall social capital of higher vocational students is at the lower level and there are significant differences between urban and rural areas.Secondly,the characteristic of the overall vocational view of higher vocational students is that they attach more importance to interests than responsibilities and development than stability.Thirdly,there are significant urban-rural differences in vocational outlook in school location.Urban vocational students attach more importance to self-development,social status and practical interests than rural vocational students.Job stability and social responsibility have no differences and are the most neglected.Combining the above two scales for correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is found that there is a positive correlation between vocational students’ social capital and vocational outlook on the whole and on all dimensions,and the stock of social capital of vocational students can positively predict and influence the formation and development of vocational outlook.In order to have a deeper understanding of the key influencing factors of social capital on the vocational outlook of urban and rural vocational students and its action path,this paper adopts the research interview outline of the impact of social capital on the vocational outlook of urban and rural vocational students to conduct a case study on 10 urban and rural vocational students in various regions of Guangdong province.The results show that,firstly,the professional choice of higher vocationalcareer goal is artisan.Secondly,the impact of social capital on urban and rural vocational students is different.Urban higher vocational students are more deeply influenced by blood relationship,but rural higher vocational students are more susceptible to kinship and pay more attention to work stability.Urban higher vocational students have more social capital and attach more importance to self-development than rural students.Urban higher vocational students have abundant professional social capital and attach more importance to practical interests than rural higher vocational students.Public social capital has little impact on urban and rural vocational students.According to the above research results,focusing on the characteristics and influencing factors of vocational outlook of higher vocational students,this paper puts forward the differentiation strategy of guiding urban and rural vocational students to form a new era vocational outlook with long-term development,responsibility and artisan spirit.Based on the theory of career development,this paper carries out targeted vocational view education on the time dimension of the formation of vocational view and the key events that affect the formation of vocational view.Professional volunteers choose to carry out scientific guidance before the election.Developing a sense of professional identity in the acquisition of knowledge and skills.Enhancing professional responsibility in the process of career guidance.Tracking career development after employment to improve the stability of the profession. |
