Employment of colleges and universities have relationship with themselves,families, and even the society as a whole, combined with expansion of universities,the structural problems of labor market,economic slowdown and a variety of reasons, the employment situation is increasingly serious.Under the dual structure of urban and rural areas,unbalanced regional economic development, urban and rural differences in labor policy, employment service system in varying degrees of development, as well as educational resources, personnel training and other reasons make a lot of differences in the accumulation of human capital and the investment direction of social capital for the college students. These differences make the employment of college students under the urban-rural differences have different effects.Paper selected urban-rural differences in perspective,select the part of college students about to graduate and have graduated as research object, analyze the different factors of college students’ employment probability of human capital, social capital,and to explore the model of human capital,social capital and employment under the urban-rural differences,and use empirical analysis to verify,policy recommendations are put forward on this basis.Firstly,the paper is from an economic point of view,in previous studies,combined with human capital,social capital,employment theory,and the concepts of human capital and social capital of college students are defined in this paper;Then analyzed the different roles of human capital,social capital on employment under the employment situation,urban and rural dual structure; On the basis of mechanism of action and human capital,social capital and employment model,this paper develop the model of human capital,social capital and employment under the urban-rural differences,and some hypothesis are proposed; Then the paper selects different indicators of human capital and social capital,and analyses descriptively and comparatively these index under the urban-rural differences; The paper researches the impact of these indicators on the probability of employment by regression analysis,in addition,adding interviews to validate the model and research hypothesis:(1) Human capital,human capital can improve the probability of employment;(2) The ascribed social capital for city college students is more stronger,the same index have different impact on employment probabilities under the urban-rural differences;(3)The accumulation of human capital can not win in the competition in the labor market, thecity college students can take advantage of ascription of social capital, and college students in rural areas will actively accumulate human capital and social capital;(4)Whether college students are urban or rural household,when human capital accumulation to a critical value,human capital and social capital will promote jointly employment probability.In addition, some factors of human capital,social capital affecting the employment of college students obtained by regression,some factors such as qualification certificate, student leader,record of formal schooling, school and social capital factors affect the employment of college students.And then re-verify the impact of various factors on the probability of employment of urban and rural college students by probit model; and finally make policy recommendations.
