Teenagers are at an important stage in the development of physical form,physiological function and psychological quality.Nine-year compulsory education in junior high school is one of the important stages to improve the physical health of adolescents.Physical education and health curriculum is an important place for school to supervise the improvement of students' physique.Reasonable curriculum setting is an important way to enhance students' physical health.Therefore,the choice of this subject is based on the school teaching and social reality proposed to put forward suggestions on the curriculum of junior middle schools in southern Fujian,to promote the physical education curriculum is more conducive to the development of students' physique.This paper uses the methods of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to investigate the teachers and students in the key middle school in the southern Fujian province.Based on the analysis of the composition factors of the physical education curriculum,the following conclusions are drawn on the correlation between the physical education curriculum and the physical health test results of the students.First,the rate of physical health test of junior middle school students in southern Fujian is high,the proportion of passing stage is the most,and the rate of good and excellent stage is less.Secondly,the vital capacity,endurance quality and upper limb strength of middle school students in South Fujian are relatively weak.Third,junior middle schools in the south of Fujian Province have set up physical education curriculum objectives,physical education class hours,physical education curriculum contents,and physical education curriculum evaluation settings in accordance with the requirements of the Curriculum Standard for physical Health,and set up the curriculum objectives and physical education classes in accordance with the requirements of the Curriculum Standards for physical Health.The evaluation setting of physical educationcurriculum is relatively consistent,and there are differences in the teaching content setting of physical education curriculum setting according to the needs of their respective schools.Fourthly,too many teaching contents have been set up for the physical fitness test and the examination of physical education in martial arts,gymnastics,traditional sports,health knowledge,and so on.Too little arrangement of scientific physical exercise knowledge does not accord with the requirements of physical Health Curriculum Standard.Fifthly,the scores of students' physical health tests are related to the three aspects of sports participation,sports skills and physical health,and the amount of scientific exercise methods involved in the contents of sports skills courses.The amount of hand-holding of motor skills is related;It is related to,and positively correlated with,the cognitive attainment of health designed in the physical health curriculum.First,According to the results of students' physical health test in the middle school of Minnan area,it is suggested that the students' physical training should be strengthened so that the students' physical health test results can develop to a good grade.Second,the junior middle school physical education curriculum in southern Fujian increased endurance,upper limb strength related sports.Thirdly,the contents of junior middle school physical education courses in south Fujian should be set up to increase gymnastics,martial arts,traditional sports and health knowledge.Fourth,attention should be paid to the first year of junior high school and the rational setting of teaching content in the second year of junior high school to promote students' active participation in physical education teaching and physical exercise,and to promote the formation of sports atmosphere among students.It is suggested that a variety of sports items should be set up to learn and experience the fun brought by different sports events,and that the school should increase the basic knowledge and methods of scientific physical exercise in the first and second grade of junior high school on the content setting of physical education courses.It is suggested that the school should strengthen the health cognition teaching of the first grade of junior high school and the social adaptation cognition teaching of the second grade of junior high school.
