Under the guidance of Marx's theory of people's all-round development and educational teleology,this study analyzes the training objectives of preschool education at different levels by using the methods of text analysis and interview,finds out the existing problems,and provides theoretical support for the construction of a preschool education training system with mutual differences and connection between different levels of preschool education,So as to optimize the professional path of preschool education teachers.The training goal of preschool education specialty refers to the specific training requirements of preschool education specialty in all kinds of schools at all levels,in the form of talent training program.Therefore,the analysis of training goal in this study is actually the analysis of talent training program.The study selected three schools at different levels in Hebei Province.The research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the national professional teaching standards and relevant guidance,analyze the standardization of talent training programs for preschool education majors in middle,high and local schools at different levels(Taking Colleges and universities in Hebei Province as an example);(2)Compare the training objectives,career orientation,talent training specifications and curriculum of preschool education majors at different levels,and find problems such as unclear training objectives,repeated requirements and poor connection;(3)Based on the perspective of specialization,put forward suggestions on the pre service development of preschool education teachers.The organization and implementation of the study include interview survey and text analysis.Firstly,the interview method is used to understand the formulation and implementation process of the talent training program in Colleges and universities.Secondly,the text analysis method is used to analyze the talent training programs of preschool education majors at different levels,including: the comparison of training objectives,career orientation,talent training specifications and curriculum with national professional teaching standards in the talent training program;The comparison of talent training programs of preschool education majors at different levels and the corresponding analysis of the training objectives and curriculum of preschool education majors in various schools.The research shows that the standardization of the training program of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational schools needs to be improved,and there are problems of poor curriculum connection and repeated requirements in the process of joint training of secondary and higher vocational schools;The expression of the training objectives of preschool education specialty in higher vocational schools and undergraduate schools is the same,but there is no difference;There are significant differences in the talent training specifications and curriculum contents in the talent training programs of preschool education majors at different levels.The training objectives of preschool education majors are different from each other in essence.For preschool education,school training should pay attention to the systematicness and integrity of teachers' Professional Development: strictly implement the national policy guidance;Identify the training orientation and optimize the training objectives;Highlight the goal consciousness in the construction of teachers' team;Never forget the original intention and return to the standard of talent training.
