The national defense consciousness is about the national defense ideological system.It has the characteristics of all people.The training of middle school students to accept national defense consciousness is not only a social requirement but also an inherent requirement of education.Middle school history teaching is an important way to cultivate national defense awareness.The history teaching in middle school has rich content of national defense education.At the same time,the cultivation of national defense consciousness is also an important part of the historical discipline quality--the feeling of family and country.At present,the research on the cultivation of national defense awareness in the history teaching of middle school is still relatively weak,and there is room for some research.Based on the theory and methods of emotional teaching,historical materials teaching and practical teaching,this paper combines field investigations and interviews to systematically sort out the training of students' national defense awareness in middle school history teaching.At present,the main problems in the education of national defense awareness in the history teaching of middle school are: the emphasis on the awareness of national defense by teachers and students is generally insufficient,the content of national defense awareness is not enough,and the effect is not ideal.The reasons for this result mainly include: long-term peaceful environment in society,weak national defense education in middle school history teaching,and lack of defense literacy of middle school teachers and students.The main measures for the training of national defense awareness in the history teaching of middle school are: the middle school education administrator should formulate the appropriate system and provide a certain environment;the middle school history teacher should highlight the content of national defense education and actively improve the content of the teaching content.Defense literacy;at the same time,through the second classroom to extend the education of students' national defense awareness.
