A Study On The Cultivation Of Qualities Of International News Talents In Universities Of China

In recent years,the economy of China is rapidly developing,as well as national power and international influence.The policy of reformation and opening which put forward in 1978 prompted China to open up to the world.The success of Beijing Olympics Games in 2008 showed the national power.The same year,China survived the economic crisis and has ranked the second of the world's GDP.China International Import Expo in 2018 showed the confidence to open to world market.International talents contribute a lot to the events mentioned above.On the contrary,the power and influences of China's media lag far behind developed countries,which doesn't match with growing hard power.In the opinion of western media,China is like a giant awakening from a heavy sleep.As a result,China is taken as a threat,which means seeking hegemony of the world.International news talents are responsible for connecting countries around the world and demonstrating the polices of China.It's necessary for international news talents to tell China's stories well.Universities should take the responsibilities to carry the excellent news talents training plan forward.Under the instruction of Marxist theory,this study adheres to the unity of talents sciences,pedagogy,politics,psychology and other disciplines.With the use of document analysis,comparisons between China and foreign countries,case study and investigation,the study points out the problems in training of international news talents and the ways to optimize.This study mainly includes three parts.The first part is about the comparisons.In order to learn about the similarities and differences,the author chooses three typical journalism schools.The second part is the investigation of Shanghai International Studies University.The survey shows that the overall ideological quality of international news talents in SISU is in a good state.However,there are still some problems in certain aspects ofjournalism knowledge and ability,especially the mastery of Marxist news view.The last part is based on the parts mentioned above.It contains the principles and concrete methods of training international news talents.
