Collective lesson preparation is an important part of teachers’ teaching behavior,which is also the main form of school-based teaching research.It plays an important supporting role in the teaching of Chinese reading in senior high schools.However,there are still many unsatisfactory aspects in the collective preparation of Chinese reading teaching in high school.On the basis of describing the problems existing in the collective lesson preparation of Chinese reading teaching in high schools,this paper makes a rational analysis and explanation of these problems,puts forward a possible solution to the problems based on my teaching practice: semi-finished teaching design group and gives a moderate prospect of the collective lesson preparation strategy under the background of “task group learning”.The paper is divided into the following five parts.The introduction briefly introduces the origin,research content,research significance and research thought of this paper.The first chapter is a review of phenomenal scanning and research results.Based on the analysis of the role of collective lesson preparation in Chinese reading teaching,this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of several existing collective lesson preparation methods,and then summarizes the main problems of collective lesson preparation methods through questionnaires and interviews.After describing the phenomena,combing the existing research results,the paper confirms the core point--collective lesson preparation needs to have the characteristics of “openness”.The second chapter is about theoretical analysis.From three perspectives of “the determination of Chinese teaching content”,“the openness of Chinese reading teaching” and“the establishment of learning community for Chinese majors”,this paper discusses the“openness” character of collective lesson preparation in reading teaching of high school.The third chapter is mainly about the improvement strategy.Aiming at the existing problems in collective lesson preparation,this paper puts forward the strategy of“semi-finished teaching design group”.This paper first analyses why we should reform collective lesson preparation from the point of teaching design,then introduces the meaning and operation process of “semi-finished teaching task group”.Finally,it analyses the value of“semi-finished teaching design group” to the reform of collective lesson preparation process.The fourth chapter is the reflection and prospect of the above strategies.This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement in view of the existing problems.Finally,it is about the prospect of this collective lesson preparation strategy under the background of task group learning.
