Research On The Employ Ability And Performance Of Badminton Graduates Of Beijing Sport University

Based on "Beijing sports university graduate employment force badminton direction and performance research" as the object,the literature material method,interview method about the present situation of university graduates employment situation,the situation of university graduates employment ability and professional sports such as badminton direction graduate employment situation for literature review and discussion,and designed a questionnaire to Beijing sports university badminton direction of graduates,the questionnaire survey to the on the basis of using the mathematical statistics method for recovery of data analysis.The study analyzed the basic information of the respondents,the basic employment situation of badminton graduates,the employment ability and performance of badminton graduates,as well as the differences in employment ability and performance between different background variables and employment status,and the differences in current employment ability performance between different employment status.On the basis of data analysis,the research has concluded that:(1)college graduates have complicated career choice;(2)college graduates' employability and performance have certain commonness;(3)there are differences in the employability and performance of college graduates in the background information;(4)the employment performance of college graduates is different under the influence of employment situation.On the basis of the analysis and conclusion of the research results,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions for college graduates,college graduates employment guidance units and recruitment enterprises,as well as research restrictions.
