Research On The Construction Of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Monitoring System In Secondary Colleges Of Physical Education Colleges

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the expansion of college enrollment scale and the scale of higher education,China's colleges and universities are facing a severe competition situation,and the good guarantee of teaching quality is the goal pursued by many researchers.The Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education also emphasized in the No.2 document that “the quality of teaching in China's colleges and universities still has a lot of room for improvement”.The quality of teaching in the secondary colleges of physical education colleges is for the quality management of schools and the first-line teaching of various colleges.The connection of activities and the improvement of the quality of school teaching play an important role.This study builds the quality of undergraduate teaching in the secondary colleges of physical education colleges in China through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and analytic hierarchy process.The monitoring system and the empirical research conducted in the School of Education of Beijing Sport University,and the main conclusions are as follows:1.The index weights of the teaching quality monitoring system of the secondary colleges in China's physical education colleges are from high to low,followed by teaching evaluation and feedback organization,teaching supervision organization,college teaching quality assurance organization,teaching early warning organization,teaching management organization,teaching information organization and teaching quality target organization.2.The teaching quality monitoring system of the secondary colleges in China's physical education colleges consists of 20 second-level indicators.The indicators with the weight ranking in the second-level indicators are in the 4th-7th order,which is the construction of teaching quality control system,the warning of teachers' teaching level,the study of students,early warning of results and evaluation of the quality of practical teaching.3.The teaching quality monitoring system of the secondary colleges in China's physical education colleges consists of 53 three-level indicators.The top three indicators in the three-level indicators are the supervision team,the teaching committee,and the 3+X inspection.4.The undergraduate teaching quality monitoring system of the secondary colleges of physical education colleges is empirically researched at the Beijing Institute of Physical Education.It can be seen from the scores that the daily teaching activities of the college of education run well,but the college needs to stengthen three aspects of quality construction,including teaching quality assurance organization,teaching supervision organization and teaching quality warning.
