Investigation On Professional Planning Of College Students With Special Aerobics In Sichuan Province

Since our country's higher education entered the stage of "popular education" in 1999,it has brought the opportunity for students to receive higher education,but also put pressure on the employment of university graduates.In recent years,more than 4 million college graduates have left campus each year to enter the job market.As far as aerobics students are concerned,The demand of the aerobics project industry fluctuates greatly,and many graduates are facing great employment pressure.Under the severe employment situation,students should define the career development route in the future,improve the cognitive awareness and action awareness of career planning,and combine their own environment,actively reserve,and plan for future career development.This article mainly uses the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and expert interviews to investigate the professional planning of aerobics students including Sichuan Normal University,Chengdu Southwest Minzu University,Sichuan Agricultural University,Aba Normal University,and Xihua Normal University.,collate and analyze data,And find out the factors that affect their career planning.The following conclusions were reached:1?The P values of > and 0.05 of calisthenics students in colleges and universities in sichuan province indicate that students from different colleges and universities have the same cognition of calisthenics projects.In terms of special selection,students' interests and hobbies are the main reasons for choosing aerobics,accounting for 64.3%.In terms of sports grade,11.7% students have grade iii or above aerobics athlete certificate.Compared with grade certificates obtained by students from three types of colleges and universities,it is found that P value =0.001 < 0.01 has a very significantdifference,indicating that there is a significant difference in the grade of athletes obtained by students from different colleges and universities.2?1)66 percent of students of aerobics major have a clear understanding of career planning,87 percent have a good understanding of their own character and ability,but39 percent have a vague awareness of planning and design.P values of > 0.05 were obtained by comparing the self-cognition of students in the three types of colleges and universities,indicating that there was little difference in the self-cognition of aerobics students in different colleges and universities.2)In terms of family factors,it is concluded that P=0.013 < 0.05 has a significant difference by analyzing the career planning status of students in different family locations.In terms of career planning awareness,P=0.044 < 0.05,with significant difference;P=0.06 > and 0.05 are not significant differences in the type of occupational choice in occupational expectation,but P values in the choice of occupational city,workplace and occupational income are all < 0.05,showing significant differences.In terms of the implementation of career goals,P values of 0.054,0.845 and 0.838 were respectively > and 0.05,with no statistical significance.This indicates that students from different family locations have different career self-cognition,planning awareness,career expectations and goal implementation,but there is no difference in the choice of career type.3)Students in the planning consciousness got P = 0.031 <UNK> 0.05 in terms of their understanding of career planning,with significant differences;Analyzing the parents 'education level and the students' career goal formulation,planning and preparation,the P value is > 0.05,which has no statistical significance.It shows that there are no obvious differences in the vocational planning concept of students with different educational levels,but there are certain differences in the understanding of vocational planning.3?Among the family factors,the location of the family has an influence on students' interests,personality,and the definition of career planning.However,the analysis of parents 'education level and student's career planning found that the P value was greater than 0.05,and the P value was calculated to be less than 0.047,0.041,and 0.039,respectively.It shows that the school vocational planning education has an impact on students 'vocational planning consciousness,expectations and implementation of goals.
