| Research purposes: Through the implementation of functional fitness training interventions on Shandong Greco-Roman wrestlers,the effectiveness of functional fitness training on improving the athletes’ specific sports quality was verified,providing reference for enriching the physical training system of Greco-Roman wrestling.Research method: Using literature,expert interviews,Delphi method,experimental method,case study method and mathematical statistics,we investigate and analyse the effect of functional fitness training on the application of special sporting qualities in Greco-Roman wrestling.Research process: The four pillars of sport are combined with the characteristics of Greco-Roman wrestling to analyse the characteristics of Greco-Roman wrestlers.Through the preliminary selection and re-selection of Greco-Roman wrestling sport-specific quality indicators,the indicators were finalised and the evaluation criteria for sport-specific quality were established.Twenty outstanding Greco-Roman wrestlers from Shandong Province were used as experimental subjects,and experimental and control groups were set up to evaluate the initial condition of the athletes according to the evaluation criteria.The evaluation results were used as a basis to develop a functional fitness training programme.At the end of eight weeks of functional fitness training,the training effects of the two groups were compared.The observations,tests and analyses carried out with the team led to the following conclusions:1.Compared to other training methods,functional fitness training focuses on three aspects of the athlete’s power generation,power transmission and movement patterns,thus effectively addressing the fundamental issue of the athlete’s specific sporting qualities,movement patterns.2.After the preliminary selection and re-election of the indicators,the following indicators are determined to reflect the evaluation of the special sports quality of Greco-Roman wrestling: 30 seconds of cloth bag rolling bridge lifting and holding,continuous rope climbing,bench press,deep squat,frog jump,30 seconds of overhead flip,30 seconds of running 360° around the head.3.After eight weeks of training,the experimental group was compared with the control group,and it was found that the experimental group improved significantly in three indexes,namely 30-second bag roll bridge carry,frog jump and 30-second head-around 360°;the improvement was smaller in the indexes of rope climbing,bench press,deep squat and 30-second overhead flip.4.After the experiment,the before and after comparison of case athlete Yang special athletic index test results,and with reference to the evaluation standard of special athletic quality of classical wrestlers,it was found that his special athletic quality of bench press and deep squat improved significantly and far exceeded the good level;30 seconds cloth bag rolling bridge lifting and holding,continuous rope climbing,frog jumping,30 seconds overhead flip and 30 seconds running 360° around the head all reached the excellent level of the evaluation standard. |
