The enhancement of core quality has been proved to enhance the balance ability, and balance ability is one of the important foundations that determine the athletes' excellent performance, such as basketball, skiing, gymnastics and other projects, which have higher requirements for balance ability.Swimming is one of the important contents of international sports. With the continuous participation of athletes in the international competition, more and more researchers have begun to study the swimming training of the age group. The body development of the age group is in a very special Period(sensitive period),this period is the key stage for the development of the basic quality of athletes in the age group. It arranges reasonable and effective core strength training for the swimmers of the age group, which not only makes the muscle strength develop in a balanced manner, but also can quickly improve the athletes' athletics.ability.The purpose of core strength training is to better coordinate the movements of various parts of the body to achieve the stability and strength of the muscles in the training area.Swimming is a sport that has no fixed support in the water.Speed is an important indicator in swimming competition, and the speed depends on the athlete's own control ability, which is the athlete's body balance ability.Athletes in the water through the constant adjustment of the body balance to achieve the stability of the center of gravity,so as to achieve the purpose of the forward,in simple terms is to seek a balance in the imbalance, therefore, balance ability is particularly important for competitive swimmers,is the key to determine its success or failure. Therefore, this paper mainly takes the age group swimmer as the research object, based on the core strength training theory and the balance ability theory, explores the main methods to enhance the balance ability of the athletes through the enhancementof the core strength, and at the same time, between the core strength and the core area. The mutual influence is explored. In this paper,24 athletes were divided into two groups in a random manner: experimental group(12 people)and control group(12people).The experimental group carried out the prescribed core movement training, and the control group performed the traditional lumbar training.During the training process, the test contents of the core strength and balance ability of the two groups of athletes in the pre-and post-test were recorded, and the data were effectively compared.,thus drawing the following conclusions:1)Core training can improve the strength and stability of the core area, and is positively related to the training time. The training time is at least 8 weeks. After the experiment, the strength of both sides of the body has a balanced development trend.2)The core training can improve the balance ability.Due to the influence of visual factors, the core area training does not improve the static balance ability of the experimental group swimmers on the land;however, the experimental group can see the body muscle control ability of the experimental group swimmers. The improvement has enabled the experimental group swimmers to significantly improve the onshore dynamic balance ability.3)After the different core training interventions in the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the core area training significantly improved the water balance ability of the swimmers in the experimental group age group. The angle of the lower limbs and the water in the legs of the age group swimmers after training The scores showed a trend of improvement.4)Through the correlation analysis of person,it is found that the same difficulty difference method of the same kind of action can be used as a reference method for assessing the balance ability in water.
