In recent ten years,with the development of Internet technology and the popularization of computers,mobile phones and other devices,E-sports has been gradually promoted in society.The three main driving forces promote the development of E-sports industry.First,the state’s attitude towards E-sports has changed from restriction to support.The National Development and Reform Commission,the National Sports Bureau,the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education have issued policies to support the development of E-sports industry.Secondly,the channels of propaganda have changed from singleness to pluralism.After 2010,a large number of game videos appeared on popular video websites such as Tudou and Youku,announcing the stop of prohibition of game programs.In the following years,the emergence of various live broadcasting platforms made the propaganda channels of electronic sports coexist from a single open-circuit television to network video and live broadcasting platforms.Broadening the channels of propaganda will promote the exponential growth of the dissemination influence of e-sports.Third,game makers have increased their investment in e-sports.The mainstream E-sports projects such as Warcraft 3 and StarCraft,which are unsustainable charges for single users,have been transformed into online games such as DOTA2 and Heroes Alliance,which are sustainable charges.In order to promote the market of games,game manufacturers invest a lot of money to undertake E-sports events and build e-sports brand,making the scale and influence of E-sports events to a higher level.As one of the regional central cities in Northeast Asia,Changchun is the geographical center of Northeast China and the core of the cross economic corridor in Northeast Asia.In the golden age of the development of E-sports industry,Changchun should keep pace with the times,conform to the law of economic development,develop e-sports industry,tap the commercial value,cultural value and sports value of this emerging industry,and build a new industry chain with Changchun characteristics.The theme of this paper is the development status and Countermeasures ofChangchun’s e-sports industry.By studying the tortuous history of the development of China’s e-sports industry,the author finds out the problems of the development of China’s e-sports industry,compares it with the actual situation of Changchun City,analyses the differences,draws lessons from the past,and sums up the past so as to put forward the suitable e-sports industry for Changchun City according to local conditions.The road of development.In order to objectively study the current situation of E-sports development in Changchun City,this paper not only collects data from government policies,industry participants,consumers and other aspects,but also selects the most advanced domestic E-sports enterprises in Shanghai as the research object and conducts detailed field research.Through careful comparison with excellent E-sports enterprises in Shanghai,it is concluded that the key to the development of Changchun E-sports industry is to make efforts in the middle and lower reaches.
