In order to provide factual cases and theoretical premises for qualitative research,the discussion of teaching behavior should be based on the understanding of teachers' teaching status and on-the-spot research.The actual situation of physical education teachers' teaching behavior shows their teaching ideas,teaching attitudes and teaching methods.What did the teacher say and do in class? Why did he behave like that? This study traces back to the teaching classroom along this way of thinking,aiming at explaining and understanding the teaching state of teachers in the classroom.This study adopts qualitative research method.This method is to study the daily life of the researcher in the natural environment,and to interpret the teaching story and meaning construction.It also advocates the participation of researchers in the research environment and in the process of jointly participating with the research objects.By narrating the teaching details and recombining the fragments into stories,the nature of teaching behavior is gradually presented through the reasonable interpretation of the researchers.The researcher chose W school as the research site and formally entered the research school in September 2008,mainly attending classes in the second grade.Two subjects in the study were Director C and Teacher Y.The collection of materials is mainly in-class and interviews.In this process,the researcher's process and analysis perspective are mainly in the following three aspects:teaching attitude,teaching style and teaching experience.Improving teaching behavior is one of the most important tasks for teachers,and it is also the need of students' healthy physical and mental development.Student's description of teacher's teaching behavior,teacher's classroom behavior and the causes of teacher's teaching behavior are studied.Through in-depth interviews with two P.E.teachers and six students in Higher Vocational colleges,based on the professional development of teachers,this paper reveals the performance of teacher's behavior of preparing lessons,implementing,managing and guiding lessons,evaluating and reflecting on lessons,and puts forward the causes of behavior,and studies the teaching attitude,teaching style and teaching experience as the main reasons.
