With the country's emphasis on integrated preschool education,more and more children with special needs are enrolled in ordinary kindergartens.The professional development of special needs education by preschool teachers has become an inevitable trend of education development,which is also an important prerequisite to ensure that children with special needs get a good education.Based on the literature review of the existing studies on the professional development of preschool teachers and the professional development of preschool teachers' special education,it is found that the professional development of preschool teachers does not pay attention to the needs of special education,and there is no substantive response to the professional development of preschool teachers' special education.Secondly,it focuses on quantitative analysis,and lacks tracking research on the professional development process of individual representative preschool teachers.This study adopts the method of narrative research,taking L teacher as the research object,and presents that L teacher,as a preschool teacher,carries out the professional development of special education through her own efforts under the conscious promotion of professional development when facing the challenges and dilemmas of special education professional development.In-depth analysis of L teachers in different stages of development of the renewal and change.It sorts out the elements of its special education professional development,including the concept of fair education,the concept of respecting individual differences,the concept of positive development,and the professional concept of good professional ethics.The physical and mental characteristics of special children,the intervention methods of problem behaviors and the professional knowledge of general knowledge;Professional competence consists of the ability to observe and analyze and evaluate,the ability to utilize the environment,the ability to design individualized educational programs,the ability to organize and implement,the ability to communicate and cooperate,and the ability to reflect and improve.Explore the internal and external factors influencing the L special education teachers' professional development,high level of professional development on own initiative,firm the ideal faith,persistent learning and thinking habits are the key to the development of the professional internal factors,and the growth of children,parents trust,positive professional development atmosphere is influence of external factors in the different stages of development.L story gave the preschool teachers' special education teacher's professional development substantial reference and advice,preschool teachers should pay more attention to the special education professional development of self,to play professional development consciousness,through independent reading,summarize the action research,cooperation and exchange,reflection,record of formal schooling education ways and methods,enhance the level of special education professional self;Secondly,the support from the government and kindergartens can further optimize the external environment and add important impetus to the professional development of preschool teachers' special education.
