Teaching is a science,and teaching transformation is an implicit mechanism embedded in teaching.Teaching is an art,and teachers are creators.Teaching transformation is the artistic understanding process of teachers completing artistic creation.It not only involves the complex psychological activities of teachers,but also the teaching activities of teachers.It emphasizes the whole process of teaching concepts implemented in teaching practice.In this process,the teacher's understanding,thinking,reflection and action are constantly connected,and the teacher is constantly deconstructing and constructing,trying to transform the limited knowledge in textbook into the infinite wisdom of the students to improve the teaching efficiency.As a necessary ability of teachers,teaching transformation ability plays a vital role in teacher professionalization.How teachers transform teaching becomes one of the problems in the process of teacher professionalization.This paper sorts out the research results of teaching transformation through literature research method,to understand the research status of teaching transformation,and the connotation of teaching transformation,to sort out the research results of Chinese teaching methods,to analyze the practice of Chinese classroom teaching;Theoretical and teaching reasoning theory is analyzed to determine research ideas.This study used the case study method to select Mrs.Li,a Chinese teacher of a senior high school,as a research subject,and to describe and analyze the interview materials and classroom records of Mrs.Li.Mrs.Li's teaching transformation process and strategy are mainly discussed from the three stages of understanding and interpretation of the course documents,teaching conception and preparation,and classroom teaching.Among them,through the teaching case of Mrs.Li,the researchers first understand the teacher-student view and the teaching concept from the orientation of the role of the Chinese teacher and the cognition of the students' language learning;then this study explores the teacher's understanding and interpretation of the course documents from the aspects of the curriculum standards and the Chinese textbooks.;next,explore the transformation strategy of Mrs.Li in the teaching conception and preparation stage from the aspects of the interpretation of the text connotation,the value of the text,grasp the knowledge system,design effective questions,collect relevant information,and then discusses the transformation strategy of teaching implementation level of Mrs.Li from the aspects of awakening,the complete display of learning tasks,the overall perception in reading teaching,the emotional resonance under context creation,the deep thinking in comparative teaching,the self-discovery in case teaching,and the sublimation of ideas in class summary;and finally this study explores the transformation strategy of Mrs.Li's classroom management level from the aspects of classroom atmosphere creation and routine problem management.According to the research results,the researchers draw the following conclusions from three aspects of the Implication of teaching transformation,the stage strategy of Chinese teachers' teaching transformation,and the influencing factors of Chinese teachers' teaching transformation.Teaching transformation is the process of understanding,thinking,acting and reflecting and it runs through all stages of a teacher's teaching.As a necessary ability of a teacher's teaching,teaching transformation is the core driving force for promoting teacher professionalization.Based on the connotation of teaching transformation and Mrs.Li's experience of teaching transformation,the researcher thinks that the stage strategy of Chinese teachers' teaching transformation mainly include three aspects and they are translation of text,migration of experience and emotional resonance.Chinese teachers are influenced by many factors in the process of teaching transformation,including personal experience of Chinese teachers,teaching concepts of Chinese teachers,language learning situation of students,and the overall atmosphere in the Chinese class.The researcher summarizes the research related to teaching transformation,and combines Mrs.Li's teaching transformation process and teaching transformation strategy to make suggestions for the teaching transformation of high school Chinese teachers from three aspects: teacher education,teaching middle school and teachers themselves:It is hoped that teacher education can put emphasis on teachers' pre-employment training,improve on-the-job training,and schools can create a good environment,and encourage teachers to grow,thus provide strong external support for teachers' teaching transformation.In addition,teachers should also be proactive,be good at reflection and summary,and drive the transformation of teaching ability within teachers themselves.
