Based on the theory of intelligence and situational teaching,this paper studies the influence of situational teaching on students' intelligence in secondary vocational tourism curriculum by case study method.The paper selects Guangzhou Vocational School of Tourism and Business as the research case,conducts on-the-spot interviews with some students in the school,and studies the influence of situational teaching of tourism curriculum on students' intelligence from three research angles of four majors,three grades and two teaching types.Based on theoretical research and case analysis,this study concludes that situational teaching in secondary vocational tourism courses has a positive impact on students' intelligence,which mainly includes: 1.situational teaching has a positive impact on students' lower-level abilities such as observation,attention and memory;2.situational teaching has a positive impact on students' higher-level abilities such as j imagination,udgment,analytical power,inductive force and problem-solving ability;3.situational teaching also has a positive impact on students' operational ability.This research expands and extends the theory of intelligence,and also provides some reference significance for the situation teaching of tourism courses in secondary vocational education.
