Based on types of test Items and Intelligence theory,this paper studies the influence of types of test Items of tourism courses on students' intelligence in secondary vocational schools by using case study method.The paper chooses Guangzhou Vocational School of Tourism & Business as a case study,and interviewed some of students in this secondary vocational school.It analyzes the influence of types of test Items of tourism courses on students' intelligence from the perspectives of different grades,majors and teaching types.Based on the theoretical research and case analyzes,the conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the influence of types of test Items on students' intelligence confirmed by the study are mainly as follows: 1.objective test items and closed test items have a positive effect on memory ability,understanding ability and judgment ability;2.subjective test items and open test items have a positive effect on memory ability,understanding ability,imagination ability,analysis ability,induction ability and language organization ability;3.objective test items have a positive effect on induction ability;4.open test items have a positive effect on judgment ability,observation ability and attention ability.Second,the influence of types of test Items on students' intelligence found by the study are mainly as follows: 1.knowledge test items,theoretical test items,practical test items,individual test items and team test items have a positive effect on memory ability,understanding ability,analysis ability,judgment ability,induction ability,observation ability and attention ability;2.practical test items and team test items have a positive effect on imagination ability,problem-solving ability,oral expression ability and operation ability;3.objective test items and closed test items have a positive effect on analysis ability,observation ability and attention ability;4.subjective test items have a positive effect on judgment ability,attention ability and observation ability;5.closed test items have a positive effect on induction ability.The results of the paper have a certain reference value and practical meaning for the types of test Items of secondary vocational schools in China.
