The overall plan for deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era and the implementation plan of national vocational education reform put forward new requirements for the teaching evaluation of vocational education,hoping to meet the needs of the high-quality development of modern vocational education by innovating the secondary vocational teaching evaluation system.However,there are many problems in vocational education,which are not in line with the requirements of the new vocational education.At the same time,there is a lack of research on secondary vocational teaching evaluation.Therefore,to carry out the research on the secondary vocational teaching evaluation strategy based on the concept of developmental evaluation,adhere to the basic task of Building Morality and cultivating people,and take the development of secondary vocational students as the guidance,which is conducive to promoting the reform of secondary vocational teaching evaluation,improving the learning enthusiasm and autonomy of secondary vocational students,so as to promote the all-round development of students.Firstly,through literature discussion,this paper comprehensively combs and examines the connotation of secondary vocational teaching evaluation and portfolio evaluation,and summarizes and determines the four dimensions of secondary vocational teaching evaluation,namely evaluation subject,evaluation content,evaluation method and evaluation utility.Secondly,taking the Department of Finance and Commerce of HZS Secondary Technical School as the research object,201 questionnaires were received and 9 teachers were interviewed.And through SPSS22 0,the overall average score of teaching evaluation is 3.79;The evaluation subject dimension is 3.82,the evaluation content dimension is 3.95,the evaluation method dimension is 3.75 and the evaluation utility dimension is 3.63.Through induction and analysis,it is concluded that there are the following problems in the Secondary Technical Schools:first,the evaluation subject is single and lacks the interactive circulation of schools and enterprises;Second,the evaluation content is mainly knowledge oriented,paying too much attention to declarative knowledge and neglecting the evaluation of practical skills;Third,the evaluation method is mainly summative evaluation,which is lack of process authenticity evaluation;Fourth,the effectiveness of evaluation function is insufficient,and the developmental evaluation function needs to be improved.Thirdly,based on the above research conclusions and analysis,this paper puts forward the secondary vocational teaching evaluation strategy based on the concept of developmental evaluation:first,on the evaluation subject,adhere to the combination of school evaluation and social evaluation,self-evaluation and external evaluation;Second,in the evaluation content,adhere to the combination of knowledge and skills;Third,in terms of evaluation methods,adhere to the combination of result evaluation and process evaluation,and the combination of online evaluation and offline evaluation;Fourth,in terms of the effectiveness of evaluation function,actively give play to the development function of evaluation for secondary vocational students.Finally,taking the course of"Fundamentals of economics" in secondary vocational school as an example,this paper carries out the design,implementation,summary and reflection of portfolio evaluation,hoping to provide reference and suggestions for the Secondary Technical School.
