With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,more and more educators pay attention to the development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources.The curriculum content is no longer limited to textbooks.Local culture,natural scenery and so on can become curriculum resources.In this context,the development and utilization of Luoyang local culture as a language curriculum resources can not only cultivate the language literacy of secondary vocational school students,broaden their knowledge,but also promote students' employment.Located in the hinterland of the Central Plains,Luoyang has profound cultural traditions and rich cultural connotations.Starting with the local culture of Luoyang,this paper explores the development and utilization of language curriculum resources in secon dary vocational schools.There are five parts in this paper.The introduction part elaborates theresearch background,analyses the current situation of curriculum resources development and utilization,and introduces the research methods of this paper.The first chapter discusses the main basis of the development of Chinese curriculum resources from three perspectives: policy basis,theoretical basis and practical basis.The second chapter mainly classifies and combs the content of Luoyang local culture.The third chapter mainly elaborates the principles and Strategies of the development of language curriculum resources in secondary vocational schools.The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the principles and Strategies of the utilization of language curriculum resources in secondary vocational schools,and presents the utilization process through specific cases.This research pays attention to the development of local culture in Luoyang,and integrates local culture with culinary Chinese curriculum in secondary vocational schools.It is a new attempt and breakthrough for traditional Chinese curriculum,hoping to bring some enlightenment and help to educators.
